ROM sources on github: https://github.com/TheXPerienceProject
Download link: https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=1395089523397954512
Installation as usual for OP6:

Yes dear dev.... Long time ago there was a rom called XOSP... its some kind of Sony Xperia rom but with aosp base... All sony apps are included, launcher, music, gallery, phone, even blurriness... Yeah was a cool rom my first favorite rom... Used it with my good old LG G3... meh... And you have recreated it.... Idk you knew about XOSP... but really thanks... Very appreciated...

This is the new xosp.. basically the Sony Xperia experience rom.

See post 1.
I tried it!
Rock solid, surprised.
Only one thing, Settings/Buttons was completely empty/white.
If you could add volume steps it would be great!
Screenshots are kinda pointless, all these 5.1.1 ROM loook the same.
Is this 5.1.1 r10?
FYI, OpenGApps Pico package (44MB) flashed fine.
I installed this ROM, this rom is smooth like others.
you need lp bootstack before installing this rom (I was on stock RR before this, so only wiped and directly flashed this rom)
DT2W is not working for me, it is ON in the setting but still its not working
I also tried "echo 1 >/sys/devices/virtual/input/lge_touch/firmware" but no luck.
other than this no other problems for now
Thanks dev for this ROM :good:
Edit 1: This rom is close to stock (nexus like) rom, you will not find any extra settings like blispop or rr
I am not quite getting it...
Is this ROM a genuinely new ROM or an boosted version of CM12.1?
Sent from my LG-D802 using XDA Forums Pro.

Strange, worked fine for me.
I turned it on with Kernel Adiutor, try that?
Set on enabled, set "On boot" and leave it. Even if you see it showing disabled next time you check Kernel Adiutor, don't change anything since it's activated.
The rom is fast and smooth.
However,its base is old.
It is based on LVY48C,while other AOSP roms are based on LVY48G

Hello I am the team leader, i would like to say this a initial build as @Schneiderle is a new dev , and he is still learning as we are , this rom was made before we pushed any customizations. This rom will be completely diffrent and we hope independent as some others are.If you have any suggestions about further improvments features either pm me or make pull requests.
Also i am sorry that the web was down , now you can all access it.
Enjoy and thanks for positive support.

Stop it. You have a blazing fast RRO rom,and it is SlimSaber.
Now let us have a blazing fast CM Theme Engine rom.
On this metallim os could we have some choice for scheduler(zen fiops) and for the governor(like smartmax and nightmare)?
It's also possible have low level code optimization like O-3 graphite floop strickt aliasing and other?
Anyway this first release is very good
Thank you for the feedback but as i sayd we are planing on making a own UI as by that we will have to adjust theme manager to the actual UI or themeres will have to adjust their themes.
I'd love to see some screens of the ROM. I cant find any of them here or in your web.
Thanks !

FAQ
Do read this before asking questions!
1. Q: How do I get root?
A: Enable it in developer options.
2. Q: But can I use SuperSU instead of the built-in SU?
A: Sure. Make sure that the built-in SU is disabled in developer settings. Afterwards flash SuperSU. By default after a clean flash built-in SU is disabled, so you can also directly flash SuperSU after a clean flash
3. Q: Which gapps do I need?
A: This ROM is based on CM13/Android 6.0x/Marshmallow. Therefore choose your gapps accordingly. If you want to use the recommended opengapps, choose the ARM 6.0 version. I highly suggest to use either the pico or the nano package. All other gapps can later still be installed via playstore!
4. Q: Help! I have a problem/issue/bootloop/....?
A: Please follow these steps:
1. Make sure that the problem is not already mentioned in either this thread or in the CM13 thread.
2. Make sure that you can reproduce the problem on your device with absolutely no additional modification and after a clean flash. This includes being on stock kernel, no xposed, no SuperSU, no theme!
3. Try to replicate the problem on official CM13. If it appears there, please ask there.
4. If your problem couldn't be solved with above steps, post here, with an exact description of how to reproduce and if possible with logs.
5. Q: Is xposed working?
A: Yes but make sure to use the latest and the correct version for Marshmallow. Inform yourself in the xposed thread. Everything is clearly explained there which version you need. The version that works for you on official CM13 will also work here.
6. Q: Can I use custom kernels?
A: Yes. Users which use SuperSU frequently report problems with bootloops after flashing a custom kernel. Therefore I'd suggest to use built-in SU.
7. Q: I have added files to my system, but after each ROM update they disappear?
A: Yes during a flash the /system partition is wiped.

That's a slightly older baseband version if I am correct. Just try to flash the latest baseband and see if it makes some difference though I doubt.
Since, I can't reproduce this error so, it's not a bug for me at least. Someone else must confirm about the mobile data thing.
Hi guys,
I can't give root permission to apps.
I've enabled Developer Options, and enabled Root Access to Apps, but when I try to run an app that needs root, it doesn't ask permissions.
Could you give me a hint?
Thanks

Quoting forkbomb ~Assuming you already have a source tree set up, and all the official repos downloaded,
you need to add a file like this to your local_manifests and cherry-pick these commits. Then, just "brunch i9300".~
I think it's more updated I'm using experimental builds for daily use and they are a lot better than "standard".
The best choice is talk with @GalaxyMaster_P who knows how to compile it.

It seems I wasn't the only one, who tried to have some good time recently with this device.
Finally a working cm, and good to know about the archive. I tried to build it from source, but I was missing some vendor files, and without wifi / cam, the experience wasnt complete.
Currently having fun with building. It doesn't take as much time as on my A1. Maybe can reuse this phone in a rpi/arduino remote control project later

hmmm, yeah, DU, i did that a couple of months ago, I thought they made an official op6 build. Ok, I might do it again and that would be enough from me, all the popular roms should be covered on op6
Legendary rom? nah.
But, i think the DU team doesnt like their rom to be published on xda.

Official AOKP team will develop these. @quake73 is building from their sources and sharing with us out of the kindness of his heart.

I think I made enough threads...you may keep an eye on my afh account if you wish (https://androidfilehost.com/?w=profile&uid=24499762636006575). I will continue uploading fresh build ocassionally for the threads i have opened (xperience-caf didnt get popular though). BlissROM is one unique rom that has an op6 thread here but seems dead now, i might do that.
Thanks for posting all the great ROMs. Very appreciated ?
Putting all your efforts into one thread would make more sense now no? Also a telegram group maybe if successful enough to support your unofficial builds.
New build (May 2019, android-9.0.0_r37): https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=1395089523397970644
Is there a small request? My English is not very good. Can I convert the settings in ROM Control to Chinese?
