I am using Moto x4 indian version(XT1900-2), and updated to Android 8.0 in Jan 2018. It's of two months using it, waiting for update maybe 8.1. Also, I need to know how long will it take for a new update OTA.(Example: say 2 months or 3months etc). I am not telling about Android one or Amazon or fi variant. It's about regular version.
I'm using the brazilian variant, XT1900-6, I already received the February updates, but I didn't see any new patch notes for march yet.
Google launched today March updates for nexus and Pixel devices.
I'm using the european variant, XT1900-7, security path december ... [emoji30]

From the URL it's written ../us/.. so, I think it's for US.

I own the mexican movistar xt1900-6 variant and finally yerterday i got the 8.0 update with dec 1 patch

Sounds like someone on Reddit got 8.1 for A1. Waiting for him to post the zip.

no hay oreo para el LG Q6, ni recovery, ni nada, LG no lo ha puesto en la lista, eso quiere decir que no hay manera de momento, si el dia de manana algo se puede hacer, sera con Magisk y de momento nada,

LG haven't released Oreo for G6 nor Q6 and I doubt it happens anytime soon, recovery and root, is not possible due to LG bootloader, and if in any near future it is possible will be with a systemless root, I don't think that will see any rom for this device,

I also have M700DSK, but my last patch update was December 1, 2017. Can you please help me how can I get updates? I'm always checking but tells me that I have the latest.

My software version is still on V10o-IND-XX :crying:
Mine was v10n-ESA-XX and did not receive any updates yet since i bought, last patched was Dec. 1, 2017.
Anyone please help me how to get updates?

I already contacted them about this, but they told me that there are no available software updates yet for Q6,
and I think they are referring to Oreo, but I only asked about the patched updatea though.

I got the b133 and has the July patch just wondering when the August patch will come as the so called gpu turbo is suppose to in that update. I read that online just hope it's true

It takes nearly a month after showing on Firmware finder. So minimum 3 weeks bud.

The whole official OTA-update policy seems a bit random to me. Living in the Netherlands, i got B121 out of the box, but received no official OTA's after that. So I used FF to upgrade to B130. After that, I received B131 automatically on about the same day that FF listed it as 'approved for installation'. So a month later I expected to receive B132 shortly after listed as 'approved'. But that didn't happen. I waited another month to see B133 being listed as approved. So I checked for an official OTA in the system updater. Was not available, but when I checked 'Download full package' in that same updater, the FULL-OTA of B133 popped up, so I installed it.
Anyway, I do have the impression Huawei has improved update policy. I see more OTA's popping up on other devices in my house than before.

Can I ask what that firmware finder is. I'm new to honor devices as a whole I gather it finds firmware but is it for desktop or online site.

I think that depends of Imei and IP,both things. As you can see its approved on Ffinder too.

Yes, and I still seem unapproved. The Situation is annoying but I do not want to take risks with other methods. It feels terrible to have Others get updates and have to wait. I control it repeatedly throughout the Day. I'll have Psychological discomfort. Haha ? We'll wait a while.

good evening dear friends of the forum yesterday I made a forced update to my huawei p30 pro through usb, being like this: compilation 10.0.0.178 (c605E19) security patch December 1, 2019 as I understood the mobile will not receive updates from the part from huawei, my question is if there is a way to be able to receive updates from huawei or if you can manually insert a security patch updated to date?

Hi m8,
You will still receive updates from Huawei, dload firmware is an official firmware, not a custom ROM. You just have to check for updates using HiSuite PC, OTA or eRecovery in order to get an update
