No internet loading on 3G.internet working only on 4g. - Samsung Galaxy M20 Questions & Answers

Why my M20 internet doesn't work on 3G mode?. It does not even load when it connected to 3G mode. I can use internet only when it connected to 4G.

That's all depend on your Network service provider.

Accessing the Internet

Hi all
I am with 3 Australia.
What I am finding is if I have my wifi connected to the household network and I go to access Planet 3 I am unable to do that. I have to turn of wifi first and connect through the 3G network. This is also the case with activesync.
Is there a way to have either wifi, activesync and 3G running together and access Planet 3 through the 3G network?
You help would be very much appreciated.

There are 2 types of adhoc network. One with shared ip and the other with static ip.
Which are you using? Shared ip should always work.
Your settings are probably wrong on your phone.
