YU5110A or YU5510A?
Make sure you're flashing right build on right device or you'll brick your device.
This ROM is for Yureka and Yureka Plus (Cyanogen variant). If you want to flash on Yureka Plus (stock android variant) then first convert it to Cyanogen and after that download Gapps from opengapps.org ARM64 - 6.0 - Pico and flash after flashing ROM.

No GSI can't flash through this, or you will need to make a custom script for installing GSI as a flashable zip like installer.
