Android Pie blocks non-root call recording apps from working... I tryed many of them (ACR Call Recorder, SKVALEX call recorder, Boldbeast Call Recorder, etc...) and nothing work (record only one side > me, other side is missing)... Is there any solution (working apk) without root for working two-way call recording on this phone (Sony Xperia 10 - version I4113 with firmware 53.0.A.6.92) ?

Maby if restore other Kernel, work properly call recorder program.
It shouldn't be a problem of kernel.
Try to app inj back the soundrecorder apk (app inj > google app).
I have tried this apk with nova v8 on OB P970
1- Total recall 1.85
2- call recorder 1.0
3- record my call 3.3
4- auto call recorder 1.0.9
...but very noisy and useless

So? What about SP kernel? Supports recording or not?
I have interesting experience with different apps. Sometimes my voice is OK and the other side is soooo quiet, sometimes my side is OK and the other voice is sooo distorted...
I test all apps for call recording in sp, and finally found best of them
Stock kernel basically don't allow two way call recording, but there is one add-on that make it possible
Just do this:
Download and install call recorder and find ALSA add-on for call recorder
Then choose ALSA as recording method(root required) and BINGO.....
record all call like a charm

I used to use Cube ACR when I use My Mi6 (on Lineage OS 17.1), but since I'm still on MIUI 11 Android 10 on my Mi 9T, Cube ACR doesn't seem to be compatible. What would be the next best ACR to Cube ACR?
I often take WhatsApp call, so if it's possible, a call recorder that can also record call from WhatsApp call.

The stock one only supports recording telephony calls and not Whatsapp calls
I use the call recorder by Skvalex.
Works flawlessly with or without BT.
Crystal clear sound & loads of options.

As per title, can anyone recommend a nice clean call recorder with manual record function.
I'd prefer not to use a call recorder dialer apk.
Unfortunately don't have inbuilt call recording due to csc.

As expected, UK version doesn't come with call recording feature (that I can see... not sure on the swipe left in google dialler and recording)
I've used Cube ACR in the past on older phones but stopped when I got my Mi10 Ultra as that recorded natively.
Any recommendations for call recording app??
Edit: After allowing overlay permissions (nothing happened prior to that on calls), it would appear that Cube ACR works well. There was nothing in google dialer.
