Wi-Fi and Chip Doesn't Work After Reinstalling Rom Moto Z3 Play - Moto Z3 Play Questions & Answers

I rooted my device and decided to root out.
At the time of turning the rom in the device, I ended up installing a lower rom that was in the device. Now the device does not enable wifi, mac address is only 0 and the device is dead and does not recognize any chip.
I tried to run a new rom, but I can not because this flashing lock and when I try to use the command to leave flashing unlock, asks to enable the OEM option, but I can not enable the option because it requests internet access.
I've tried everything to see if I can connect to the internet to enable the OEM option and I can't. I even tried to use internet via bluetooth, but the device configuration does not recognize that it is connected.
Can someone please give me a solution?

You don't need to double post your thread.. You already have this exact thread/question posted in the questions and answers forum, please remove/delete this duplicate thread, as not only does it not belong in the Guides forum, but duplicate threads just wind up cluttering up the forums... Thanks!

How did you update your new rom? Did you follow this guide and use either USPL or HSPL? What rom did you flash? The internet should be accessed using the 'internet tab'. Did your device automatically setup device after flashing? If not it can be found in start > settings > connections > connection setup

Xperia Z3+ dual - Need to remove screen lock

Due to some personal issues, I was not using my phone since the past 6 months. Now when I started it back, I am not able to enter the proper screen lock(Pattern) and I never ever made an account on myXperia. I tried many ways which included google find my device but find my device is not allowing me to change screen lock, it just allows to make sound and "Lock and erase" option which basically does nothing.
I actually need my data intact and after a little search on internet, I came to know that i need to unlock my bootloader and then flash a recovery and remove the screen lock file but unlocking bootloader will result in factory reset and hence my data will be lost.
By default the phone doesn't allow usb debugging when connected to pc, if some how I am able to allow usb debugging then I can recover my data.
Please help guys.

Enabled developer options
System->About Phone-> Scroll to bottom and TAP on BUILD 5x (I believe)
then go back once , Developer options , Enable USB DEBUGGING , Authorize your Device and you should be able to proceed onto the bootloader unlocking guide on Motorola's Website

but i somewhere messed up when rooting my phone (shouldnt of been drinking and thought i could still do it...) and know i am in a reboot coming out of my bootloader... will not boot into my recovery whrn it dows its only for a few seconds and the command lines runnung it says that script is finishing but it quickly reboots to a black screen that says bad key and reboots then says n a on it. fastboot will not do anything but say waiting on device. so...... i guess i got a project for a few days

How to backup phone if screen is dead?

Hi,
My phone has fallen and the screen is not working. How can I backup all data from it before I send it to fixing? I tried MI PC Suite, but it does not work. I did not root, unlock, flashed my phone with custom rom. I have vanilla Android Q.
if you didn't set up USB debugging in developer options to automatically allow the desktop access to your files, then there is nothing you can do. hopefully you at least had mi cloud setup to back up your data?
You can try the steps listed here, it just may work for you : https://forums.oneplus.com/threads/...n-via-otg-and-restoring-data-with-mtp.717039/

I had USB debugging enabled, but I did not allow desktop access yet from any of my computers, or the granted access was expired. So I was out of luck. I do not trust Mi Cloud as storage, so I did not set that up either. Using an USB keyboard is good idea, but my phone is already at the service. Hopefully, I do not lost anything. (fingers-crossed)

Cannot detect device whilst in bootloader, only whilst phone is powered on normally

So im looking to root my Pixel 5 and maybe try custom roms etc. I have turned on developer options, enabled USB debugging and fastboot, I cannot seem to get any further however.
If I type ADB devices with the device turned on as per usual it detects the device, I can even restart it into bootloader. Once the phone is in the bootloader phase however im unable to detect the device, therefor proceed any further.
Has anyone else come across a similar issue or know what may be wrong?

Uninstall your platform tools and install them again and make sure they are up to date. That's how I fixed it. Also in developer options make sure Default USB Configuration is set to the 1st option.
