Don't install this recovery on Miui Oreo, it will bricked your phone if you install on Miui Oreo
install google installer for google play ,gmail and gmail account.
if you want back to oreo just flash fastboot rom with mi flash .

Here is the explanation on how to install this rom along with video
#Prerequisite
1.Custom recovery like TWRP recovery
2.Unlocked bootloader
#STEPWISE METHOD
1.First take a backup of your device data to external storage
2.Reboot in twrp recovery mode
3.Wipe cache,dalvik,system and data
4.Select the rom file and flash it
5.Flash the lazy flasher to prevent bootloop after rom installation
6.Reboot your device

Will this installation remove twrp after complete ?
If you will flash lazy flasher zip file after flashing rom file then TWRP recovery will not be removed.

i did not wipe data. just dirty flash over latest miui 9 8.4.26 and clear dalvik/cache. no problems so far and all my apps and files are still there

1) install TWRP for your device
2) enter in advance wipe and wipe dalvik, system,data,internal storage and cache
3) format data partition
4) flash the rom

hi guys
i just bought a brand new mi 8 se with a unlocked bootloader ! it was running android 8.1 and i installed miui_MI8SE_V11.0.2.0.QEBCNXM_3363abf171_10.0 on it with a old twrp (i think 3.2) because the newest twrp just refused to boot . after installing that rom recovery or the OS won't boot so i installed the newest twrp and both android and twrp 3.5.0 booted no problem !
buy that rom is a china version and it's BS ....
i downloaded miui 11 from xiaomi.eu and attempted installing it ! i did the following :
enabled usb debugging and reboot to fastboot mode and installed twrp 3.5.0 and booted in twrp
then i used advance wipe option and wiped everything but internal storage
so i installed the rom and wiped data with writing yes and rebooted the phone but it shows the fastboot mode and i can't boot into android or twrp ....
so i have to use miflash to install the stock rom and repeat the process and follow every guide i could find one by one but still i'll stuck in fastboot

i just want to install the miui 11 or 12 eu on this phone but it doesn't work
btw fastboot command didn't work at the start on my pc so i found a batch file for AMD and after using that fastboot on pc started working just fine
