Bored of Yureka Black's boring old splash screen?
Here's how you can change it
REQUIREMENTS
A working PC/Laptop (with windows)
A .png image in 1920×1080 res
Yureka Black device (obviously)
GUIDE
Extract the given zip in ur PC
You will get 'pics' folder, 'output' folder, create logo.bat file and some other files inside this zip.
U need a 1920x1080 size png image for ur splash screen
Place that image inside 'pics' folder. And rename that image to 'logo'
Now run Create_logo.bat file and follow on screen instructions.
Your splash will be there in output folder flash that zip with twrp.

Copy the .zip bootanimation
Place it in system/media
Rename the existing bootanimation to bootanimation.bak or delete it
Rename the new bootamimation to bootanimation.zip
And change the permission to rw-r-r-- or 644..

CM11s is didnt much have different than CM11, there's only some changes like added CameraNext, ThemeShowcase, GAPPS included and etc.

Spoiler: Instructions to flash
1. Download stock CN China ROM,
2. Flash it with SP Flash Tool.
3. Download TWRP 2.5.0.0
4. Flash it with SP Flash Tool, like stock firmware
5. Download MIUI, place it on SD Card
6. Reboot in TWRP, press "Wipe", then "Advanced wipe", select "system", "cache", "dalvik cache", "data", swipe to wipe.
7. Go to main menu, press "Install", select your ZIP with MIUI, swipe to install
8. Press "Reboot system", voila!

Installation:
- Reboot to download mode ( Volume down + Home + Power button )
- Select the .tar file in Odin
- After flashing, pull out the battery, and boot to recovery using Volume up + Home + Power button
- Profit!
