As is clear from SAR declaration of model LM-G810EAW, India will soon get LG G8s ThinQ (no idea about G8 since no G820 model yet shows SAR value for India.)
G8 model skipped probably owing to competitive market scenario in India as of now. Will miss Crystal Sound on Display.
Disappointed with the Head SAR values. Body SAR value is excellent though.
G7+ ThinQ India version had superb SAR values at 0.424 W/Kg and Body 0.706 W/Kg

What is the issue with availability? Is there a shortage of stock?
You'd probably have to find someone to act as a relay from a country it does ship to, and then hope it passes customs. I do this with a friend in Australia. I have a KTM Enduro with parts that are insanely expensive and hard to find here, but cheap there (1/4 the cost of here, before shipping). I have them shipped to her, and she ships them to me. Her dad does the same thing for Model T parts from someone here. However, I've known her for years, and I trust her. If you don't know anyone you'd trust to do that, I wouldn't risk it.
