Project spaget is buggy on j7 prime as per user reviews.
Is that thing fixed (random reboots and stuff).??
If it is fixed then we can move to aosp roms and install kranken kernel.
Btw it's awesome work

Its like someone is asking what's benefit of flashing custom ROM instead of stock...
The best description is u will get more control to tweak ur kernel at very best level..u can increase ur performance or make it balance or go for battery profile..it will provide more tweaks.
To know how to utilise governors and ioschedulers read this https://forum.xda-developers.com/general/general/ref-to-date-guide-cpu-governors-o-t3048957
U might get more and more battery backup as well as ur phone performance also skyrocket.. Just go to the link and read.

great to hear that
Thank you!
I can confirm, this kernel is a great compromise of battery life and performance, at 50% i've over 2 hours SOT, with normal use (S7 FLAT: spotify, email, whatsapp, excel, kiwi browser, maps, gps and bluetooth always on) i can easily arrive at full discharge with 4 hours and +. And my battery is 3 years old! Also standby consumption is fantastic, and phone is never hot!!!! I've attached a screenshot of battery life of S10E (3100 mah), a newer phone but not so good as S7 (3000 mah). Many thanks to dev.

Hi @nalas, how to remove morosound and relative drivers? I don't want any tipe of sound mod, because decreasing speaker volume. Only want the good and old flat sound.
You can turn off this in MTweaks but generaly this is default off so no changes any sound.

Yes, i know this but it seems there are some things always active, like Viper4Android (i remember this, installed in my Xiaomi Mi5 where there was the same problem, play a song and sound was normal for a second but after it changed. I fix the problem uninstalling Viper4Android. In fact, in oreo, stock sound drivers only dual speaker mod, soud was flat and loud). If you could do an aroma for let decide us what mod we can install it could be fantastic.
Also, a small problem, music control in lokscreen and aod don't work with this kernel, can you fix? Thank you for your hard work.
Moro Drivers are implemented in kernel linux source so no chanse do Aroma for install, It must be make in two kernels compiled with and without Moro Drivers.
I have no time for this...
No one has that issue and me too no have problems with Viper i use this all the time.
I will stay with Moro.
So if you want so change kernel pls with no moro sound.

Hello I want to set the max Big CPU frequency to 1248MHz, but it resets at 1794Mhz each time I unlock the phone... Is there a way to prevent it ?
Edit : I've created a script that start on Screen-Unlock's event, with these two line in it :
1 : chmod 777 /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu4/cpufreq/scaling_max_freq
2: su -l system -c echo 1248000 > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu4/cpufreq/scaling_max_freq
And it works lol, I'm gonna stick with that for now ^^
How to download can you put link below

[KERNEL]JellyKernel [AOSP/CAF] [10]

My personal kernel builds for Xiaomi Redmi Note 7.
New project because old one got deprecated due to me being on hiatus.
Nothing groundbreaking, but should work and be stable.
Some features before you go any further:
-Linux upstreamed to 4.4.219
-No kcal support yet (I'll add it later)
-Optimized with -O3 flag
-A lot of debugging is disabled
-Cortex A73 and Cortex A53 optimization flags
-Latest CAF tag merged into kernel sources
-Reworked DDR bus tables for better performance and responsiveness
-Simple LMK replaces stock Android LMK (credits to @Kerneltoast)
-Android Binder 4.19 backported (credits to @Kerneltoast)
-Pretty generous -100mV undervolt for CPU and GPU
-Latest anykernel3 used for flashing this kernel (credits to @osm0sis)
-LZ4 as a default zRAM compression algorithm
-Adrenoboost incorporated into this kernel (credits to @flar2)
-Initial HDR support for Tiamna panels (read below for additional info)
-Builds with oldcam and newcam will be available eventually
-Compiled using Clang 10.0.2 from Google for maximum stability
-Memory leak fixes
-HMP only
DISCLAIMER:
-Only AOSP/CAF based ROMs are supported.
-MIUI is not supported and don't ask for support.
-With any problem that might happen, logs or no support.
-HDR support is really rough around the edges and only Youtube can properly playback HDR videos upto 1080p30 smoothly.
