I got your rom from gdrive link that you shared on older ViperOS thread ( which is closed now ). It had laggy animations.

By the way, I have signature spoofing and microg working in this rom, in case anyone was wondering...
One small thing I noticed, hopefully don't need a logcat for it. When I reboot the phone and it starts up, the desktop screen is black, with all the icons in the launcher or home appearing, and it takes like 1-2 minutes before the stock wallpaper appears. Not sure what's causing the wallpaper lag, I've never seen this before in any ROM, unless the wallpaper has some extreme weight to it, causing this lag...

On my hydrogen, the camera is working for picture and videos.
bluetooth is work on media, and still not work for calling.

Why it's exit with june patch?!??
last i tried vipers rom on htc sense few years ago.. is it hv same interface & features? hope this rom get continuity support dev

Instructions are the same of other roms, just a full wipe and flash the rom + gapps and root(optional) if u come from another rom. If u want just to update wipe only cache and dalvik cahce and flash the rom

The rom will be always supported by me, I tried to apply for official but seems that someone else already applied it before me. No problems, I will do my best to implement custom OTA features in next builds and I will continue update the rom...

key of famously custom rom is that it hv consistency support & update from dev/ modder cos most user rn7 in this forum always consider not to take a risk from misuses/ bugs for daily use who make disappointed. so i hope this rom always get improving & zero bugs from function from every part

Just flashed RR and rocking it.... Might try viperOS out, dnt know ow it ll be.
I've tried loads of ROMS, but this is superb. No bugs and buttery smooth.

Try with orangefox recovery and make sure yhu flash firmware 10.3.6 before flashing tha rom.

I know this answer is dumb whenever i got same "error installing 7" I flash oreosama rom and then again flash the rom which is giving error . It works like charm .............Trust me it works .....my device sm-g610f

No the bug is with TWRP 3.3.1-0
It works with TWRP 3.3.0
Does it also have the touch delay bug?

They fixed the error of aosp installation and re-released same version 3.3.1.0
