Firmware isn't a rom, and yes firts the firmware and after this or another rom.

Well, the Rom is really fast, and promising, but at the moment it's not usable, as the microphone and the speaker are not working.

Don't flash latest build but the one with gapps included. It's amazing and I'm using it as my daily driver since 1 week

In orden to use this rom in your j5 or j7 pro device need to be in pie bl ( otherwise rom dont get signal)

if you are in oreo BL the rom wont detect sim card, you need to upgrade to pie bl

download full firmware and flash only BL & CP and then flash the rom and then reboot to system.

both onc and onclite are Redmi 7
Sadly on Redmi 7 3/32 GB version ROM doesn't work (bootloop with blinking screen)

You most likely clicked to download the latest on sourceforge, that downloads rom for oneplus.

So far so good, I tried the rom and it's pretty good, I just can't find the FOD icon option

FOD = Fingerprint On Display
We don't have this , so yeah you will not find it

The firmware has no Bluetooth bug. Battery sticks well, firmware is very fast. No bootloop or freezing by redmi Logo. No extra Kernel needed. Works for onclite and onc.

The download works. I tested it myself. maybe try again to download
Ambient display light up worked once and never again.
Everything else is good!

With the name onclite. Not Polaris.
the lack of 3 finger swipe screenshot, built-in network meter and double press power to turn on flashlight is just major letdown. please at least the add 3 finger swipe on the next update. besides this, everything else is really fast and snappy. thanks
i installed the rom
everything is good
but face unlock is missing
and when i set navbar mode to compact
the home bar (gesture navigation) gone but works
and it dont have google camera
who has a good worked google camera??

Requirements
Make sure you've OOS 10.3.0 Stable firmware flashed on both the slots before flashing the ROM.
Only use mauronofrio's TWRP (TWRP 3.3.1-18 Q Unofficial) for flashing this ROM.

Nice ROM
Very nice ROM. I have to test it during more days, but so far so good. Simple, smooth and fast.
I have not found any issue with some Google apps like Google pay and others.
It would be possible to add a button in battery settings in order to remove the battery icon. I like getting the battery percentage, with the percentage and the battery icon the free room in the statusbar right side is reduced at minimum

Rom is fine. OP camera not working. Crashing always. Other things are fine. I just used 10.3.2 as base Rom.

There were much settings like, status bar, advance reboot, battery icon and only percentage etc etc. Rom is beautiful and fast too.

It works on my side, two methods: three fingers and power button. OP camera always crashes, I have updated it to OP camera v. 3.8.109 and crashes too., I am using the built-in snapcam, works fine.
