Exynos A30 7904
Samsung A30 based on Exynos 7904 processor, not a 7885, I am using A30 since the month of February this year in the USA, its a good processor in mid-range, also you will get regular monthly updates, but it's not heavy powerful uses, for more about 7904 processor visit officia lFacebook page of Samsung.

N9600 vs N960F updates speed

I have the N9600 dual sim (snap dragon) but it seems that the N960F version has quicker updates than the N9600. I'm still on arh2 while h6 is out for the F version
I never had this version before , can some one please advise on this.
Here with N9600 and with patch 1 august rom ... arh2
I think I goofed... in my hase to get a note 9 , I purchased the N9600 dual sim snapdragon version. I always had the exynos versions before an got faster upgrades by flashing via Odin. Now I've been stuck at H2 Aug update while N960F version has 2 September updates H6 and I9.
So as a warning to everyone; STICK TO THE EXYNOS VERSION for faster updates.
I have exynos version but I prefer the better battery life, no lagging gpu, and radio FM over the fastest updates.

The SM-N960F (Exynos) has unlocked bootloader.
So I'm not sure what you really want to do.
If you want to root it, check this thread:

No you can't. The note 9 and the S9 are two different products. Even if you could flash you will run into complications eg screen touch issues.
You can try flashing indian s9 firmware.

Yes you can. If they are same model number and they both have the same processor chip ( Exynos or snapdragon ).

Question Changing CSC from XSA to INU

Hi all,
I was just wondering if it's possible to change my S21U firmware to Germany firmware (DBT) since OTA updates come sooner.

No, Snapdragon and Exynos FW isn't interchangeable.
Oh I didn't realise that, is there any other Exynos firmware I can flash that will get one ui 4 sooner though?
Give Samsung Smartswitch at try.
I just got OneUI 4 Beta 1 working on my XSA S21 Ultra (Exynos).
1) I had to update to the latest Android 11 firmware - AUHD.
I used Frija to download an Indian AUHD Rom - flashed it using ODIN - used Home CSC to keep my data.
2) Updates from AUHD to OneUI 4 Beta 1 ZUIC using the ADB Update.zip method.
Hope this helps!

Thank you so much. Does your cell service work well still?
5g and calls over LTE works well. I am using Telstra (Physical sim). I dont use esim. but I assume esims will not be an issue as "Service Provider Software version" still says XSA.

The OP has a Snapdragon SoC, your solution can't be applied to a Snapdragon variant.

OP has already started it's an S21U, that's a US Snapdragon device.
It's a G998B/DS Exynos bought in Australia
So your claim it's an S21U is wrong? Get back when you figure out what's going on.
S21U means s21 ultra it's an Exynos s21 ultra bruh. G998B is the model number for it

Disconnect, assumed U was the model the designation.
All good
I just successfully flashed the Indian September update! Thanks @imankareem
Will I still get OTA updates since I still have xsa CSC even though Indian firmware is installed?

Question why i am still on oneui 5.0? AT Varient

why i am still on oneui 5.0...
model name- sm-g998u
One UI 6.0 will come with Android 14 at the end of the year.
Looking at your version, its from December 2022, what is your product code or service provider software version?
One UI 5.1 comes with the Feb update.

From what I can see, you have flashed G998USQS5DVK7 on an SM-G998U but the AT&T variant is actually SM-G998U1

Have you manually flashed previously?
Might have to do yourself another manual flash to get you back on the right OTA path.
