RCA tablet RCT6203W46 stuck at boot logo. - Device Repair

RCA tablet RCT6203W46 is not booting. Sticks at RCA logo. Until I did a factory reset from Android system recovery <3e>, it would go past the initial logo to a pulsating black RCA screen and stick there.
This appears at the top of the system recovery display: RCT6203W46L-ANDROID5.0-V09-V2.9.20-D2
I tried using SP flash tool to install this firmware RCT6203W46-EMMC-DDR2-v31-v1.3.21-20141027 from this link, since it has the same model number:
https://www.4shared.com/zip/Xc1b96gyba/RCT6203W46-EMMC-DDR2-v31-v1321.html
The tool declared success but I'm not sure it actually was flashed to the tablet and it still sticks at the RCA logo.
Can anybody tell me if I'm going at this in the right way and give suggestions what I can try next?
I'd like to find the right firmware but google searches just point me to the file above. RCA is useless, they don't reply to messages.
Any help would be appreciated.

Phone stuck at 'G1 T-mobile' startup screen, cannot access recovery mode - HELP!!!

Dear android experts,
I had CM 5.0.7 installed on my HTC Dream, and I stupidly installed ROM Manager, wanting to upgrate to CM 5.0.8, and used the application to do a backup - after I clicked the 'backup' function, the phone rebooted, and is now stuck on the startup logo (and has been stuck for the last hour). I have already tried pulling out the battery and booting the phone into recovery mode, however it cannot access recovery mode, and still hangs at the startup logo. Is there any way to get past this startup logo, or is there no hope for my phone? Is there any way to push the phone into recovery mode via adb? I am a complete amateur, who follows step-by-step instructions - please help me!
P.S. If this tells you anything, while my phone is stuck at the startup T-mobile logo, if I plug in the USB cable, a message on a red background appears at the top of the 'G1 T-mobile' logo, saying 'FASTBOOT USB'.
P.P.S. In case this is a detail that could help me, while my phone is in Fastboot Mode, I have four options available:
HBoot Mode
Reset Device
Restart to HBoot
Power Down
Could any of these help me?

This thread is old, and OP is ignorant and wants to blame ROM Manager for his own problems. If you can't get into recovery, chances are you are using one built for another phone. Find the one for the G1.
Or ran into the know issue of cm5.0.7 that fash_image sometimes (more than not) fails.. thus applications using it sometimes fail.
But you have danger spl right? So flash the recovery via fastboot.. and if you don't have fastboot/adb and intended to run these custom roms its about time you installed it.

[Q] Cant get into recovery, Logo graphical error on boot

Hey guys, I'm having trouble with my nexus device, I was watching youtube on it and it froze and now doesnt boot. I can access hboot, but recovery just shows the X logo and restart. I've tried reflashing boot.img, reflashing the recovery, reflashed stock hboot, flashed new roms from fastboot. I've also tried passimg.zip, and flashing a different radio but it stops 90% the way through, and it gets stuck in loading passdiag.zip if I use the volume down button to boot instead of the trackpad button.
The graphic abnormality is like an artifacting. If you search youtube its called "Nexus one stuck on X, can't boot to recovery.", I cant however post a link.
Anyone encountered this before? Any insight is appreciated.
well I've managed to remove blackrose at least, and to get to the blackrose menu. You have to access it from command prompt with "blackrose.exe skip" while in fastboot. Though I'd put it here incase it helps someone else in a similar circumstance.

[Q] Phone stuck in Fastboot screen

Hi, I am new to the whole flashing rom.
I had my HTC One unlocked, rooted via TWRP, and flashed a HTC One Maximus HD rom. After followed through the installation. It rebooted the phone, and it just stuck in fastboot screen. I tried to go into recovery but it just restart the phone and went back to fastboot screen. Same thing happened when I tried to factory reset. I can't even let my computer recognize my phone when I plug it in. I looked through some forum but nothing seems to help.
Could somebody shine some light for me
Look HERE
Thank you for your post. It has been very helpful. I do not have OTG cable, is there another way around it or that's something I def need.
I don't mind getting it, but I am just wondering

[Q] Root failed and now stuck in boot loop

I tried to root my Kindle Fire HD 7 and apparently it failed. Now the device is bricked and stuck in a boot loop. I get the normal start up screen and then it goes to a blank screen. Then it sits there for a second or two then starts all over. I can't get it in fastboot with a factory cable. No software I have tried works. They all say they cannot find the device. Any help would be appreciated. I am sure there is a thread here that covers this and if so please direct me that way. Thanks.

Motorola Droid HD xt926 stuck on red eyeball

I have the Motorola droid hd xt926 with the Android 4.4.2. Update. I suddenly for unknown reasons have been reduced to having little more than an expensive paperweight. Upon startup the phone shows only an infinite glowing red eyeball with spinning lightning bolts. This goes on until the battery dies. I have discovered the recovery and ap fastboot modes. I have performed several cache clears and factory reset/wipe data selections only to get more stuck on red eye. When I press power+volume up and down then scroll down AP fast boot I am encouraged to see the battery ok and connect USB cable options. However I have not found instruction on what to do next specific to my device loaded with Android 4.4.2. So, since I'm stuck on the boot loader what can I do to reflash, refresh, repair, or reinstall the appropriate Android system? I have never rooted it and am unable to switch on USB dubugging because I'm stuck at eternal red eye. I think I am looking for a download of the respective Android image file and the necessary utilities to deliver it from my Windows 7 pc to my droid phone via fast boot mode and rsd6. Does anyone have a solution?
Check your inbox I can't send links yet.
Let me know if you need some help with that.
I am experiencing the same issue. Is there anyone that can help me with this? Thanks
