Best charger for Mi A2 Lite? - Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite Accessories

Hello, I've saw a good brand that provides chargers. It's called 'Anker'. I'm not sure if it is worth it or it's expensive for its quality...?
Hmmm, have anyone here can recommend other chargers? I want a charger to be cheap as possible but also has a good quality. Thanks!

My experience is often the usb cable ca be culprit when phone charges slow.. bought a fancy Anker cable and now charges around 1.8 instead of 1.4 or so w my older cable

What does it mean? The lower the voltage, the faster it charge? Hmmm

A quality cable chargers faster (more mA)

I'm using 'hoco.' brand of charger that has Volt/Ampere indicator to monitor how well it will charge (not by software, but from charger itself), maximum output 2.1 Amperes, as I prefer that way. Anker is really cost prohibitive here in my perspective as a broke man ($20 onwards and probably does the same as other 2 amperes chargers for our devives).

Well, I've got myself an Anker too, during the discounted 12.12 sale, and indeed it is more of a quality oriented (and it's as huge as iPad adaptor)
Will also get an Anker cable soon.

Q: AC Adapter

So our A7's need an AC Adapter that is 19V 1.57A 30W. Anyone had any luck finding a spare?

My dell mini 10 and acer netbook ac adapters work fine. Same voltage, amps and plug.

Cool thanks do you have part numbers?
Here's the Dell. It's pricey at $49.99.
Manufacturer Part# : 313JX
Dell Part# : 330-9808
My Acer is at work. But here's an adapter at Amazon for only $9.95 that's for the same model (D250).
I also found a DC (Car) charger for only $6 ($11 w/shipping) on Amazon. I ordered it.

Wow, I bought that car charger for my sisters Acer netbook. So, you say it will work with my A7. I am in no way an electrical engineer. If the A7 requires 1.57A and the car adapter output is 1.6A is there any issue with this 0.03A difference?
The current (Amp) is not the issue. It is the voltage that is more critical - needs to be 19 Volts. As long as your charger can put out the same or more A it will charge the unit, if it had less A, it would still charge but get hotter and take longer to charge.

So if I have a charger with higher A and higher voltage than the a7 requires, is it safe to use it? (Specifically an extra laptop charger.) The adapter looks exactly the same, and fits correctly (I've only tried it with the charger unplugged). Any advice you could offer would be great! Thanks!
Higher amps yes but higher volts no.Think of it this way,Volts is the amount of electricity that the charger puts out and the amps is the strength that it pushes it out.So to many volts is bad but extra amps.means that it should charge faster and not get as hot or warm as usual. Hope this helps.
I tried using the charger from my Acer AspireOne netbook (HacBook Mini ) last night.
Same voltage, same amperage. But when I took the tablet out of sleep mode this morning it was only showing 50% charge. Restarting it made it show 99%. Don't know if it was something to do with using the netbook charger, or something to do with an eLocity glitch, or something to do with a eLocityMod1.3 glitch... To many options to blame it on lol

Mine is the same way and Im running Dexter's 1.3.
I also have a car charger for it that works the same way,its nice to have a way to charge in your car if your out for awhile.
I have used the Radioshack Enercell netbook power supply and it works perfectly. Product number :273-0407. a bit preicey at 59.99 but i know its safe
As the dell mini 9 uses the same charger,
I purchase the car charger for the mini 9 and works fine,

Seems like it would work but there are two things i would like to point out. First this is not a quick charge 2.0 charger so fast charge will not work with it, it will charge at normal rate. Also for myself i try to get wall chargers with removable cables just in case my pet eats thru it I can replace them easily and trust me i have gone through 4 cables in the last 4 months. That said i have had good experiences with ones bought from Ebay as well since the prices are far too tempting.

Usually not at all. What people claim as "rapid charge" is just a small increase in amperage (usually 2+ amps). By reference, USB 2.0 spec is 500mA.
Quickcharge 2.0 increases both the voltage and the amperage it can supply (is. even more wattage). The exact values are negotiated by the phone and what it draws - which is dependent on the current phase of charging.
Here's the exact same one we got with our note 4, OEM and everything! Plus it's way cheaper than the insignia one

Can I use the fast charging brick with another cord and have fast charging?

Fast charging cable?

I'm looking for a cable that I can use to take advantage of the full potential of my Anker wall charger. It uses Qualcomm quick charge but the cable it came with charges really slow. The lg stock cable is alright, but even my previous samsung cable is faster. Are there any cables out there that will allow my phone to charge faster? I hear a 28/24 gauge cable is faster, but is that dangerous to use?
Update: I ended up getting the 10ft Anker nylon braided charging cable because I have an Anker wall charger and I want a durable cable. I calculated the voltage drop over the length of the cable and decided it isn't enough to make a big difference so I went for it. Oddly enough I get a slightly higher charge rate than the 1ft cable that came with my wall charger! Thank you for all your input everyone!

I've seen good reviews of the Anker with its included cable.
How slow is it charging? You know that QC 2.0 is not fully implemented on the G4?
Ampere said around 500mah with the anker cable. But with my lg cable I got 1300+. This was all with the screen off, but when it's on for a while it goes down to 250mah. Does it really make that big of a drop? Is the g4 just a slow charging phone in general and there not much I can do to change that? I'm aware quick charge isn't fully implemented but I figured it should at least be reasonably faster than normal charging.

28/24???
If you want a good charging cable take one that is max AWG 20.
The higher the number is, the thinner cable inside is, the more it will "resist" to the current.
AWG20 will offer less resistance than AWG24 and so would charge faster.
Would this be a good cable to buy then? It is specifically for charging and the reviews seem promising.

It should since it is 20 AWG, but it is only for charging, no data on this one.
I personaly did bought an other brand :
http://www.amazon.com/Aukey-3-Pack-...UTF8&qid=1435505986&sr=1-2&keywords=Aukey+usb
It is not clearly stated in its description but it has :
28AWG for data
and
20AWG for charging
So it could charge as fast as the first one you quoted.
Yeah I don't need the data cable which is why I like that one. Does the length of the cable effect the charge speed noticeablely? I'm thinking of getting a long one

Seriously, all the cables that came with the Quick Charger 2.0 are the best and the stock cable too. I have purchased all kind of cables from Amazon including Portapow, which is the same as the QC 2.0 charger cable. The length of the cable also play a part. You really want to test it with a USB Doctor volt tester that support more than 7V. Ampere alone don't tell you the exact figure. I'll not spend any money for a standalone cable that claimed to be the fastest. I returned all those cable i got from Az.

No, the silver car charger in the adapter is QC3.0 from ZMI brand, along with QC2DASH convertor and charging meter when I first have it tested.
So just in case anyone is interested, here is ampere on the OEM wall charger that came with my phone (1st picture 3300 mA) as well as the Aplus dash car charger (2nd pic 3440). Interestingly the Aplus charger seems to charge ever so slightly faster, with a little more voltage and mA. I haven't noticed any issues with heat or anything else so far. I'm pretty happy with it, especially for the price.
