N950FDS high cpu usage causing lag - Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Questions and Answers

Sorry for this wall of text. Kindly provide some insights on this issue.
This happen at november. Updated samsung device care from galaxy store and it happen. Tried downgrade to an older version from playstore but didnt solve it.
Next is, the firmware update with october security is released. So i just format phone, updated the phone and reinstall all my apps. But the high cpu usage causing phone lag is still there.
Next, i narrow it down to this app, internet speed meter (an app which shows real time data upload/download speed in status bar) which is causing the phone lag. After uninstall it, its better but still with occasional lag. This is weird as the app was not updated at all, so theres no changes in the app. And it was working flawlessly before november.
Next, i tried others apps which provide the same function as internet speed meter but the result is the same. When the app runs, the phone will lag. Once forced stopped, the phone will not lag as much.
Was wondering if theres any changes to samsung device or the firmware OS which result in this lag.
A little description on the lag. When those internet speed meter is running, even opening other apps like xda, it will take about 10 seconds to open. When using samsung internet, when open app and opening new tab or just click on settings or any part of the app, it takes 5 seconds to load/display.
Currently, without any internet speed meter app, its takes about 1 second to load. But, it cant reach the speed before november. Before november, everything loads real fast even when running a few apps at the same time with internet speed meter running.
Anyone who might know what went wrong kindly enlighten me on this issue. Thank you.

Something to add on. If using samsung internet explorer to download files, the download speed will be slower and somehow the phone will lag. If i use dolphin browser to download the same file from the same server, there will be only a very slight lag but the download is fast. Anyone knows what might be the problem? Thanks.

Try disable bixby & google assistant or force stop them, uninstall google play services updates from app info, disable sending diagnostics data & automatic update.

Bixby and google assistant are off. Diagnostic report and automatic updates are off.
Will google play service lag the phone that much?

Some initial issues - play store not updating apps etc

What's with the mandatory 128MB update when you first boot the phone?
This thing runs HOT - 15 minutes and the back top of the phone is way warmer than my N4. Can't wait for devs to get kernel control apps going.......
GPS lock is FAAASSST. That was one of things I cared about. Much quicker than the N4.
LTE speed/signal seems low for where I am - map says I should be getting full connection (Denver area). But it works!
Volume is PITYFUL even at full! Hoping some FauxSound magic on this in the future.
Play Store Update Issues:
I have about 9 play store updates (Youtube, Google Earth, Twitter, TrustGo Antivirus) that all say 'update', but the store won't update them. It shows as downloading then nothing happens.
I'll call Google and ask about this, but clearly a bug!
I believe I've had that issue with apps not updating in the past...
I *think* I fixed it by deleting the Google Play data/cache.

Thanks for the reply
UPDATE:
A quick power down and reboot, and apps are updating just fine.
Sorry for the false alarm on the play store stuff.
The thing I found annoying was that it was auto installing apps I had installed across both my n4 and n7. I do understand that it was just looking at my account and installing the aggregate of installed apps. When I tried to remove them it tried to auto install the apps I didn't want on my phone TWICE more. It was like whack-a-mole.
Finally seems to have conceded that I actually do know which Apps I want on my phone..

T817r4 struggles when streaming video

I have an out of warranty Galaxy Tab S2 9.7 (SM-t817r4) and I primarily use it for streaming Netflix or Youtube videos. When streaming, the video stops numerous times randomly. Each time it stops, I have to touch play again. This has been happening since it was purchased and I have already done a master reset. I have tried 4 different wifi networks, and cellular (also need to unlock it from the current carrier, but that's another issue) and the issue happens no matter what. Also something else is happening as well which I suspect is related. It will also randomly refresh internet pages when I use the stock browser or Chrome.
Will rooting my tablet help with the video playback errors? I have never had this issue on any of my Android phones or on my previous Galaxy Tabs.
If anyone could help, I'd greatly recommend it. As of right now, its running Android 6.0.1, with all up-to-date firmware. When I try to run updates, it always says it is already updated and no updates are available.
Thanks!
1) Turn off Optimize battery usage for Netflix and YouTube (as well as Chrome if need be),
Settings > Battery > More > Optimize battery usage
Also, you may want to Turn off Optimize battery usage for File explorers, that way copying files won't just randomly fail/stop when the screen is off.
Same for VPN apps and Torrent!
2) Turn off App power saving!
Settings > Smart Manager > Battery > (App power saving) Detail
3) Android 6.0.1 is grand. I would not advise updating to 7. Too much issues as for now.
*
Tried the suggestions above
Worked, but not happening as much as it was. Not a complete fix.
1) Deactivate auto-update in Google Play Store.
2) Deactivate Daydream.
Settings > Display
3) Uninstall Netflix and reinstall it.
4) Remove all Chrome updates.
Deactivating it usually will uninstall all updates.
Settings > Application > Applications Manager
5) Is *Keep WiFi on during sleep* set to *always*?

Guide: Laggy V50? Make it ROCKET! No, it's not the UX!

Something was not right, for me, when scrolling in browsers and play store. It was laggy as hell. In other apps like facebook, tidal, instagram, youtube it was fluid and fast. But not on browsers. Tried all, chrome, opera, firefox, bromite, but all was stuttering like crazy. Play store also. I tought there are few rougue apps, twilight theme, fluid nav gestures and smart files manager, but I was so wrong. I also blamed the LG UI skin, but again was so wrong! So how did I resolved?
Guide - possible for any LG out there:
1. Remove SIM
2. Factory reset your phone in the way that doesn't require Internet to go through activating the phone. If you cant do this, it will fail. You should NOT put the email account. (I did reset from phone settings, not by keys. Also remove phone security such as pin, password, face id etc for this to work - just select unlocking the phone by sliding up)
3. DO NOT connect to internet, do not insert SIM.
4. Settings - apps - show system apps also.
5. Disable, remove permissions, set modify system setting to NO and draw over other apps to NO for all korean bloatware (screenshots attached) and for Google play services, google play store, google, and google service framework.
You must do this for each app. Example in screenshots.
6. Connect to wifi. Do not put your email in play store or gmail. Not yet.
7. As soon as connected slide down the notifications pannel. A pop up will apear after few seconds with Google trying to update some libraryes!!! Hit CANCEL!!!
8. Restart and connect with your email on Play Store. Disable asap app updates.
9. Your contacts won't sync now. Don't worry, its normal, you just removed some permissions.
10. Update and install all your apps from play store.
11. Re-enable that 4 google apps, give permissions to all for contacts, phone, wifi etc, enable also draw over other apps and modify system settings for these apps.
12. Insert SIM.
Enjoy! Hope it works for you all, V40, 30, G8, G7 etc
Weird, but its like I have stock vanilla now. Rocket!
It seems that with every restart this rogue korean app pop up asking for access, even though i have disabled and removed all of its permissions. Attached screenshot.

I have the G8s "DEC", too. The camera in 4k 60 fps video recording is laggy. I am not the only one with this problem. But i guess we need an update from LG. It seems the Camera App is the problem.

What are the current issue with stock Android 10?

It's time to clean my phone so I might as well update. I'm currently at Pie November update. My question is what are the main Android 10 issues in summary with our device and are there any serious hiccups for the average everyday user like me? How is the battery life like and such? I need an adequate answer not something like "it sucks" so if you're going to write something of that sort, please refrain from doing so. Thanks in advance.
DON'T UPDATE YOUR PHONE FIRST SEE THIS
Basic things work but I face issues many times. Most common Ghost Touch, Phone Freezes for 10-25 secs and then comes a popup System UI not responding and then wait or reboot for phone to get normal. Everything else works properly but update only if you can handle these on daily basis. I have 4/64 GB variant and my usage is somewhat basic to medium with 3-5 apps in memory and phone starts freezing. Also I would say compared to pie the battery loss has increased
I rooted and stripped out all the garbage (feedback etc.) including most of the Google stuff, and I have zero problems.
I would say, however, that battery life isn't the greatest but that may just be the phone and not the OS.

Could u pls add more detail what r those bloatware s.. planning to root soon
Wireless range and speed tanked (you can find kernel with pie driver as workaround. Most custom roms use pie driver as well).
Slow emmc that causes the well known frequent hangs. Even just typing on keyboard you often get stutters.
Settings suggestions won't go away.
Battery charging behavior changed: it charges at full speed with screen off, but with screen on it throttles to 1000ma or 500ma as battery temperature increases.
If you're gonna bother to reset and stay rooted, I'd suggest going custom rom already.
