Anybody received theirs?
Here's my story:
Order placed 9/30.
Tracking number issued 10/6 (OK, fair enough; they claim within 6 business days). UPS shows "A UPS shipping label has been created . . . ". That means the shipper has done the UPS paperwork, but not yet actually shipped the item.
Today is 10/12, still shows the same. I chatted with support rep yesterday, she said she had no information and I should e-mail "[email protected]" so they could "check with the warehouse".
E-mail sent yesterday, received automated acknowledgement, but have heard NOTHING since then. When I call, I get an automated message that they will be closed on Thursday and Friday, and reopen on Monday.
Sooo, has anyone else ordered from them and actually received their Nook?
Yes. Got mine today. As did a friend who ordered the same deal.
For some reason, it shipped UPS to my town, then was handed over to the USPS for delivery. That's a new one on me.
I picked one up from Overstock. It looked brand new. No problems or dead pixels. This is the way to get a Nook Color. My only concern is if you have some issue you have to mail it in instead of just returning it to a local store.
I also ordered it Sept. 30th from dailysteals.
It arrived Oct. 12th.
Screen was perfect, everything worked as expected.
Apart from taking crazy long to ship, I'm happy so far.

I'll just have to wait until they reopen on Monday. At this point, though, they have to rank as one of the *worst* sites I have ever dealt with in terms of responsiveness (I know, I know; "you get what you paid for").

Yeah. Shipping is pretty horrendous. I'm STILL waiting as UPS sent it to USPS without scanning it, so it's a ghost in the system. It sat in a warehouse for around 3 days. Hope you guys are enjoying your devices. I'll probably have UPS pay for mine since they lost it. There goes my deal.

I ordered mine from this site on 9/30 (at about 10 minutes till midnight). Like others here, it seemingly took forever for them to hand the package off to UPS, who shipped it 99% of the way and then handed it off to the USPS for final delivery. Mail was unusually late today, it didn't come until around 5pm, but they did have my order. All told, it took 2 weeks from ordering to final delivery. Granted, the shipping was free, but it was the slowest shipping I have ever had the displeasure to use.

I can tell you, it will be the last thing of value that I will purchase from them. Good deal, horrendous shipping and less than average customer service.

Last week, I ordered Tuesday (11/5) night around 9:30pm. Phone was picked up by FedEx on Wednesday (11/6) afternoon, arrived at my house on Friday (11/8).
If it matters, mine is the Verizon Developer Edition.
EDIT: The web site did have a note saying like due to high demand, it may take 7 days to process. But obviously it didn't.
When i ordered demand was "high" and they said it would ship within 7 days.
Once it shipped it took 3 days from Texas to Maryland. VZW also.
3 days, ordered on a Saturday morning.

I ordered on Friday 11/8. It was released to shipping on Monday. But it still hasn't shipped. Chat seesion rep said 6 day commitment and i should expect it on or before the 14th. Supposedly they ship Fedex overnight
Ordered mine on the 10th. Still sitting in not shipped state.

That's odd. I ordered on the 8th. It shipped on the 11th and will be here tomorrow 13th. They do 2 day shipping. The first one I ordered was shipped the same day but I returned it for the discount.

I was never able to see my status. I got an email with a tracking number around 10 hours after it was picked up
I ordered 11/6, received it 11/11. On the motorola site, under order history it still has a status of "Not Shipped"
Mine status updated on the website when it shipped and I was mailed the tracking number. Same thing happened for both my orders.
Mine will be here today. Can finally retire the s4 and its cartoon touchwiz interface.

I was a little disappointed w/ the quality of shipping. The phone arrived safe and sound, but the Moto X box was stuffed inside a much larger box with no form of padding or cushioning at all.
I know it's all solid state, but I still didn't like hearing the moto x box sliding around. Not something you want to hear when opening $600 worth of electronics.

I ordered mine yesterday morning Monday and recrieved shipping notification the same day. Says it will be deliverd Wednesday with two day shipping.

I ordered mine on a Wednesday evening and received it the following Monday. I believe they have plenty on the shelf, at least VZW anyway, as mine came with 4.2.2 on it. To me that would indicate that it was built awhile ago.

I'll be a new user of the moto x and was wondering what the shipping time is on these things. I will be getting the 2014 addition tomorrow for cyber Monday and possibly leather. Since these things are built to order, is it a long lead time?

I would assume its a 10 day process but it depends on the stock of the specific premium items you choose, it I'm not mistaken its 2 day shipping, 2 day processing and 5 day build..at least for me and I got the natural leather.

I ordered an X with a cognac leather back on a Monday evening, was built the next day and shipped Wednesday and on my doorstep in NJ by Friday.
I wonder how long it will take in UK. Also ordered today for Cyber Monday

Just ordered 5 minutes ago with Cyber Monday special. Delivery date shows 12/10/2014. So 10 days seems to be the norm... The order is in the USA.
I ordered in the last sale (Moto 360 launch) and mine said 14 days.
It was built and dispatched within 2 and arrived in the UK at my door in 5.
Ordered white/white/silver on 10/28 (assumed I'd get a promo code to apply retroactively, which I did ). Shipped last night from China, delivery on 11/4
Ordered a regular black back! Shipping date is November 11 for me.
Placed the order last night. Hope it arrives earlier than that

Got email notification today that the phone will be delivered to me on 12/5/2014. That is a total of 5 business days from order date of 12/1/2014. Tracking shows the phone has left China and HK, headed to the USA. Now, it has not arrived but if the tracking is correct, how is that for FAST!

You may not hear anything until early next week. My est delivery was 12/10, and I just got the "shipped" email this-morning. FedEx tracking has my phone delivered on 12/9.
In case it made any difference in the build time; my options were: 32GB Black front, Black Plastic, Olive accents

Slow shipping time
I ordered mine on Monday 12/1 evening with discount code and estimated delivery time 12/15. Get email of assembly 12/11. I don't see how it will be delivered on time at this point.

Just received mine, but I paid $9 for quick shipping as I'm leaving the country on Monday. Ordered Sunday, got it today, Wednesday.
I ordered mine Monday night, Tuesday afternoon it said shipped but when I check on the tracking number, it only says Shipping Label created. The Oneplus site said it ships immediately. I have an ETA of receiving the phone tomorrow morning but I don't think that'll happen.
I also paid the extra $9 for shipping because I'm impatient. lol
Well, ordered mine on the official 1st announce with priority shipping. Got it a day later.

I ordered Sat the 8th and it made it to my house in central Virginia yesterday, Weds. the 12th.
I did not pay for express shipping.
One plus is not quite good in tracking no and all.
I ordered an earphone from them and when the status said that label is created, the delivery guy was at my door and I was like wtf.

Haha they usually deliver with 2-3 days from order is Delhi. The day I get an email from them about the dispatch is usually the day I receive it as they are slow to update :silly:

What did the terms of your purchase agreement state? Did it state you will be charged once it ships? I've had all my Notes new from when they first have been released, and it has meant very little the date when my bank was charged. I've learned to not keep my hopes up with this stuff.
I purchased it on August 11th so I hope it's good news that my card was just charged today. Who knows of course when it will ship but I'm hopeful to have it Monday, LOL

I have received confirmation from a source that the devices are being shipped out on Monday. Not a day sooner. Some folks will receive in hand on the 21st, others will continue to receive after that day up to actual release day. All pre-orders WILL NOT ship out on the same day.
My card was just charged. When I ordered it from T-Mobile the rep said they wouldn't charge me until it ships. Hopefully I'll have it on Monday.

They'll all get picked up tomorrow. If you paid for overnight shipping, you should receive it by Tuesday or Wednesday depending on where it's being shipped out from.
Funny thing, mine is shipping from Colorado....
