Change CSC from SIN to XEF don't work!

I tried to modify the csc of my note 9 but it does not change! I have a SM-N960FD with csc SIN (SINGAPORE) I tried with factory reset, a sim card french but nothing is left in CSC SIN! This is certainly due to the fact that the SIN is a unique CSC and XEF is part of the multi CSC but how to change it please?

I found solution!! Very easy and without root!
Just type in the call app
*#272*IMEI# (IMEI = Your IMEI)
-> choose te CSC you want and choose 'Factory CSC
Do a backup of your personal files, because it do a factory reset
Enjoy

Doesn't work for me as well, I have dual sim Note9, I tried both IMEI. Nothing happens.

Well will make flashable for it, and if its that urgent re flash the current rom again youre using, it will bring CSC back

Hey, you can either check for an OTA update by heading into Settings-Software update-Download and install. If it says it has the latest version but you still want to make sure, go to this site: https://www.sammobile.com/samsung/galaxy-note9/firmware/#SM-N960F and check what the latest version for your country (or in general) is. If there is indeed a newer version you can install it manually via Odin.

dont upgrade it yet. here is the link to the other thread,
Display porblem this android 10 update has damaged the note 9 display. read it, and then make your decision. I am also still on android 9 stock. waiting for android 10 to be bug free.

I've had the Android 10 update available and sitting in the queue for about a month now and I have blocked the update because of all of the problems that have been reported. My device is running very nicely as is. I will wait and see when the bugs are worked out and decide then if I will upgrade or not.

I can safely say that, for me at least, android 10 has been nothing but great.

download the latest German update (DBT) using Frija and flash via odin with your sim inside. the german update(N960FXXU5DTCA) is a bugfixing update and with few improvements. my note 9 improved alot after flashing this and i feel the screen colors are perfect now. though the DBT update is a multi CSC update (OXM) do check if your csc is in the below list before flashing.
HOME_CSC_OXM -> data will stay intact
