So it's a falcon (Moto G) and you're in the wrong forum.
Search in the forum for your device, for example:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g/development
And just a tip: Never EVER flash any ROM if you're not sure if it's made for your device.
That's a very good way to hardbrick your phone and make it a nice paperweight.

I see that the correct IMEI is configured... so I don't understand why if I cannot see these info in the Settings -> about window and especially I cannot use any SIM!!

XT1096 was never updated to MM. Though you can find XT1095 firmware with XT1096 modem files in Android Development section.

I tried to flash stock rom but failed with error flashing gpt.bin and system Preflash validation failed
Any solution for flashing stock rom??
If you do a google search you may be able to download a raw system img plus boot img etc and install via a laptop or computer ...there is a similar post on here for a Moto ...
