[Q] Not able to flash in flashtool !!!!!!!!

Recently my phone was not working,when i repaired it from the service center after that i am not able to flash with flash tool.its showing some driver error

It just stopped working I checked the driver (On Device Manager) and it was correct but with a

Oneplus 3T not recognized by adb, Windows, MacOs

after flasing the wrong TWRP the 3T starts only in Bootloader, but it doesn`t get recognized by MSM Tool,

Windows 10 (shows as Bulk USB), MacOS/Linux. I have tried installing several USB-Drivers under Windows 10, Signature Off, all the stuff. Any idea?

Question Help, the phone can't be turned on, can't enter fastboot, can't enter recovery. The spflash tool also fails.
