I design/develop a Linux desktop icon pack and I've recently started extending/expanding it to Android & it was suggested I ought post about it here. However, as this is my first post on these forums, I cannot post outside links to it or external info. But if you search for "Moka" on Google Play you'll find it's the first result.
Moka is a high resolution (xhdpi @96x96px) icon pack. Each icon is hand-designed and with simplicity in mind.
Notes
• (As of posting) it has 250+ icons and growing daily; updates occur periodically throughout the week.
• As a new icon theme to the Android ecosystem there are many icons missing.
• Individual icons are open to change.

Dont work in Nova Launcher
The instructions are incorrect, does not have the theme mentioned:
Nova: Nova Settings > Look and feel > Icon Theme > Haeretik Theme
Has the theme "Breaking Bad Theme" and does not work.
Samsung Note II 4.1.2 (rooted) with Nova Launcher 2.2.3
Received by mail a correct version. Its ok now.

It only works when your device is rooted and with a paid app called unicon and xposed installed.
That's the answer of follower and user of Glim, I can't test it, I have no samsung device.
Glim works for sure with all the popular launchers out of the Google Play store

Love your icon packs, in glim lite there are so many different colors of most icons which is awesome, is there any way to apply a set with a specific color scheme instead of individually changing all the icons?
I use nova launcher and its not an option in there or in the glim lite app i have.
