SM-T230NU ubuntu touch port - Ubuntu Touch Ports to Android

Hello, could anyone make an ubuntu touch port for the samsung tab 4 7.0 please?
I would want to make some use of the device by running ubuntu touch because android got discontinued for the tab 4 7.0 at android 4.4.2 which is very old now and not suppprted by anyone.

I don't know. it impossible for mini because cpu,ram,strong lower for minimum for ubuntu Os phone.
