Hello, I had problems with my Sony Xperia XZ2, in past it didn't boot up, stuck on logo with Sony, I flashed a firmware with flash tool and after that it boot up, it worked but now, after 1 week it won't to unlock the screen with my password, after I enter my password ( it is a model password ) some theme or app crash I think and shows "com.sonymobile.runtimeskinning.common,,," and just ask again and again the password .
What can I do to do not lose data from it, it is very important for me ?
I tried to erase cache from fastboot but bootloader is locked and I can't.
Can I flash firmware in some way and repair this bug ?

I updated my c6903 last night officialy through Sony pc companion.it updated successfully.then i switched on the phone but it got stuck with some Japanese command box.my phone is encrypted and every time i restart the phone before updating i had to type the unlock code in a Japanese key board and then had to unlock the phone.but now when i enter the unlock code it is not unlocking and remains stuck in that screen.my phone is charging through dock and usb but is not recognized by the PC companion.i also tried to boot in safe mod (took a screen shot as well!!!)..it booted in safe mod.Please help

hi guys bought a 3t today,
whilst trying out the new beta i wanted to flash freedom,
so i downloaded the toolkit and twrp wouldnt work , after different twrp the twrp was encrypted with a password which i hadnt set.
but i read that changing my pin password to a written password might work which i did change (standard password i use for majority of things)
well the phone will not start now, it will start with dm verity is nor started in enforcing mode, will boot load and then ask for a password which my password doesnt work...
so ive tried going into recovery which just doesn't work literally restarts the phone straight away
tried installed stock recovery and twrp via fastboot but nothing works
the bootloader is locked and will not unlock via typical fastboot commands or even the toolkit....
going out of my mind
i cant even wipe via fastboot
oh and NO the phone is not stolen!!!
fixed had to follow the mega unbrick post but took a few attemps

I FOUND A SOLUTION AFTER ENTERING WRONG PASSWORD NINE TIMES MY MOBILE AUTOMATICALLY FORMATTED.

Go to recovery and do a factory reset. Remember it will erase all the data including your photos and videos.
If factory reset doesn't work flash Chinese twrp recovery by ycjeson.

It is possible to unlock P smart z? After enter to Fastboot & rescue mode there is FRP Locked and Phone Locked. Phone is in boot loop and after Huawei logo enter to EMUI screen (wipe cache...etc). `Once was possible to download rom from Microsd, and after that phone was back to live , but have FRP lock. After next reboot phone stuck in loop... DC Phoenix didn't work wwitha that phone..

Do you get a "forgotten password" button somewhere?
