Why is front cam slow-mo FullHD and back cam slow-mo only 720p?

I like the stock camera because it has both camera and video record buttons available for quick picture capture and quick video recording. It also does the 4k. I've searched and it seems Snap Camera has this option but no 4k recording unfortunately :/
Can Xperia T somehow record video at 60fps? When I take a shot with Timeshift burst mode, it takes 60 photos in just a second, but how about 60fps video? Anyone?
