Alcatel 1C (2019) vs Honor Band 4 - Sync failure - Alcatel 1 Questions & Answers

I need your help,
I have an Alcatel 1C (2019) 5003D, and I'm having problems with the Honor Band 4 smartband (Huawei Health app). When the screen of the smatphone turns off, I lose the bluetooth connection with the band.
From what I've researched, the problem is related to battery management and battery consumption in the background.
I've tried it in several ways, but smarphoneacaba always lose the bluetooth connection with the smartband.
Alcatel has Android 8.1 installed.
I apologize for my English.

Huawei P9 - Wi-fi issue (randomly dropping off)

I experience this problem since I have the phone: The P9 Wi-fi randomly disconnects and then reconnects immediately (it can happen 5-15 times during one hour).
This is very inconvenient during large files transfers or when playing games that require a steady connection.
I have tried the following actions without any success (my router and phone firmwares are up to date):
- delete and re-add the Wi-fi network
- turn everything else off (e.g. Bluetooth, NFC)
- disable/enable "Wi-fi+"
- apply all different settings of "Keep Wi-fi on during sleep"
- disable Bluetooth / Wi-fi scanning under "location"
- P9 and router reboots
- force the connection only to the 2.4 Ghz / 5 Ghz router's network (with or without separate SSID),
- change the Wi-fi channels (to avoid congested Wi-fi channels)
- disable IPV6 on my router
- disable DHCP and connect with a fixed IP
- reset the network settings on the P9
- factory reset of the router and phone (what a waste of time...)
Meanwhile, Wi-fi is working perfectly on my Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus and iPad.
Does anyone else experience Wi-fi issues with the P9 ?
I can only report that I have 0 issues so far, my wifi reception is strong and constant, even better than on my tablet.
Mine too perfect no issues.
Thanks for the feedbacks! After further digging, it appears that some marshmallow devices don't work flawlessly with IPV6 (at least with my router).
I saw afterwards exactly the same issue when a Moto E 2 connected to my wifi network.
I already disabled IPV6 on my router without success. I tried again and after changing this setup, I made sure to remove all connections ("forget the network") and reboot everything before reconnecting. It worked!
So it was actually a combination of the steps I previously mentioned that fixed my issue.
I'm getting a lot of disconnects, where the phone switches to a 2.4GHz connection or to mobile data but in my case it's an issue with the router - and I'm trying to work out if there are any settings that cause problems (it's an Asus DSL-AC68U with the latest software).
The phone itself seems to have excellent Wi-Fi and mobile connections, suggesting very good antenna design. But most Huawei made phones have good antenna design. My P8, despite being 2.4GHz only, was excellent for Wi-Fi. My Honor 7 also seems to be exceptional, as is the Nexus 6P.
Does make it hard to use another phone.
I am also having dropping WIFI problem. But it only happens when I am on 5ghz and when I am two rooms away from my router. I have a Asus RT-AC87U.
Mine use to disconnect too and I changed router to 20hz from 40hz under WiFi

I was at a telecom shop today and inside the shop they had wifi. Of all the wifi connected smartphones on Display the Huawei 8 and Huwaei P9 Plus had the best wifi connections with the strongest reception showing full bars while other smartphones were showing 2-3 bars for wifi connection reception
@desiregeek : Huawei 8, you mean Mate 8, P8 ?! I'm glad to hear that triple antenna implementation is one real upgrade , not just marketing ☺

Where did you hear that?
From Italian and spanish reviewers on YouTube (all of them said P9/plus is great for Wi-Fi and cellular signal), you just confirmed. I tested myself briefly in store and Wi-Fi range is a bit better than my Mate7 which is is very good for Wi-Fi signal strength reception.

Yes, it is my second post. The issue was with IPV6.

Bad experience with P9.
1. Ear speakers not good
2. WiFi catcher was very poor.
3. Keypad font not satisfaction.
4. Screen size should be wide.
Hi, Im having the same problem with my huawei p9.
Hi, Im having the same problem with my huawei p9. I thought the problem would be in my router but my laptop is working perfectly fine, but my p9 connects and disconnects frequently and disrupts my work.
Can you say again how you did with your p9 to fix the issue?
Looking forward to your positive response. thank you.

Hi, I don't know exactly what step solved the issue. I actually did everything in the post you quoted and then eventually clicked forget network on the phone. It worked afterwards.

Huawei P9 Plus Wi-Fi Connecting at Low Speeds

I have a P9 Plus and was happy to hear that it would be getting Oreo...main reason being that the Marshmallow which it's still running seems to have some issues with the Wi-Fi. I don't know if it's the Wi-Fi antenna or the OS but I'm not getting the full speed. The Wi-Fi protocols are exactly the same was the Samsung Galaxy S5 yet the S5 connects to my 2.4G router at a max speed of 144Mbps while my P9 Plus connects at a maximum speed of 72Mbps. I purchased the P9 Plus brand new during the Christmas 2017 brand new and another relative who purchased the P9 Plus as well from the same store during the same time as I connects to my router at the same 72Mbps. The S5 is two years old than the P9 Plus yet does a better job when it comes to Wi-Fi connectivity.
I read an article online the other day where some people said they connect at much higher speeds with their P9 Plus or P9 (same difference, same antenna) using a 2.4G router.
I have done a hard factory reset as well as cleared system cache but nothing seems to work. If anybody have any ideas please share them. It's annoying when I'm in my room and sometimes the connection drops to 1Mbps whereas my S5 drops to 77Mbps in that very same room which is 77 times greater than the speed of the P9 Plus!!!!!!
I think there is no problem with the p9 wifi connectivity. my p9 wifi also maxed out at 72mbps while its show 150mbps on my pc with the same router. i think its because of the os. i also found that xiaomi also did this with their os and you need to alter some config to unlock the n-wifi speed on 2.4 GHz(with root). but for my case, I didn't experience such extreme connection drop like you when using the wifi. can you explain more about the connection drop? what is the situation when the connection speed drop? also try to update your phone to nougat and see if it help the connection stability
My room is upstairs directly above the router. The distance have an impact on the connectivity but with the S5 it doesn't matter because the S5 has never dropped that low. The protocols are the same as the S5 so why isn't the speed similar? Also I now realise that the P9 Plus isn't picking up the 5G frequency only 2.4G. What the hell is wrong with the P9 Plus antenna?
I check for updates over and over and still nothing. My P9 Plus is running the OS debuted with, Marshmallow. The security patch is also April 1, 2016.
I decided to give Huawei a try and it let me down.

Mi A2 Network problems

Hello guys,
Ive bought Xiaomi mi A2 few days back. Despite overal satisfaction with phone I am deeply frustrated with network.
Sometimes when phone is locked for X ammount of time, when I unlock it I see no wifi or no network signal.
My wifi works worse than my mobile data, which do most of work. If i move like 5 meters from router I almost don't get signal at all.
My internet is optic one, and all other phones when being connected on my home net work almost perfect, pages load instantly.
But with mi A2 lets say, at best it is frustration. Wifi randomly connect, disconnect and much more.
I have reseted it to fabric data, I have reseted network options, I have turned off batery saver option.
I updated system to lastest version. Nothing help.
Even after returning phone to fabric state, I had to download updates for 5 hours. Can someone explain me where I should bring logs (maybe I can do it here, and to check if those are software or hardware problems?)
Thank you,
Boris

Intermittent WiFi Problems

I have a less than 6 month old Note 9 which will connect to the access points in my home without any trouble but on many occasions there's no data flow at all.
All other devices in the house are not having any issues at all, my GF's Redmi 9 also experiences issues as well but no other devices do.
Is there a problem with some of the Redmi 9 and Note 9 Wi-Fi function?
I also usually find that when the Wi-Fi is working, speed test results are usually much slower but you can't always rely on Wi-Fi speed test results anyway.
Any ideas?
Cheers in advance

General 5G NR NSA cuts out below 30% SOC

Hi! I noticed a strange behaviour with my xiaomi 12 pro. When the state of charge goes below 30%, the phone refuses to connect to the 5G NSA network (unless the charging cable is connected). It just shows the 5g icon although it's not connected anymore
Has anybody else noticed this behaviour? I have tried disabling the "5g battery saving" option and setting "performance" in the battery menu but still no luck
My carrier is TIM IT. Thanks!
