Turn off your phone, remove the sim and go through the initial setup process again. I also had the same problem.
You just have to wait really lol

How to disable this?
the chrome app is not maintained in memory, when I download something and leave the app , the download is canceled .

can anyone report how is this rom as compared to brokenOS in every aspects ?
when i try to manage permissions, i always get the message that a display overlay was detected and i have to disable it to change something.
i disabled halo and heads up, but nothing seems to work. SuperSU also doesn't let me grant root access, but there is no error or anything else.
does anyone know how i can change permissions/get root? i have no idea what causes the issue and i would love to use zephyr, it has every feature i want in a rom
edit: seems like i solved it by manually closing halo with double tapping and moving it on the red x.
substratum app cant manage to get storage permission.
There are some complications in this rom which I failed to manage. Though its my liking rom I restored my BrokenOS rom. I will try this again when its get updated.

I could understand your problems only with logcats and screenshots...as only that would help me fix the issues
The new changes merged from r61 caused new screen overlay permission checks. Everyone has merged in an option to disable it in the settings, though it still doesn't work most of the time. It constantly runs that check, even if that particular app doesn't request it.

Actually the predefined DPI screen it's a 400 and 480 (default for Victara) is not listed on settings.
Other thing, it's about the default theme for notifications header: please don't modify the style of system (except the dark theme), because I can via themes.

I think you need to read the post again, only memory bar customisation for recent are taken from aosp.

also, on ROM version 3.7, when I check for update on the crDroid settings, it just says, can't check update. I didn't change anything or freeze any system app after flash.
Coming from MM and this ROM is clean, dark, and lightweight. I love it. However, I rooted it on MM to install everything, but now that the ROM is installed it appears that I have lost root? Is it just a matter of flashing SU from TWRP to regain root? I seem to remember that the process was OS- specific so I'd like some verification before I do it. Was there anything in your ROM that would've removed ROOT, or did I do something wrong?

just enable root from developer settings menu.
Thanks for the quick reply. It only gives me the option "ADB only", which doesn't give apps root access.
then there is something wrong with your installation. I suggest clean flashing.

I'm not actually using crdroid. I always check AFH for new Victara files, that's how I descover new ROMs/builds.

Download link for Osprey in the OP doesn't work by clicking on it. There is an extra "h" at the beginning of the address. Worked if i copy and pasted it and removed the h.
Hi! Im new modding the Moto G3 (i have the Merlin Version) And i would like to know if with these roms, the battery last longer or less than with Stock rom.

this rom for huawei y6 scc-u21?
Flashed it on SCC-U21 , Booted up but SIMs aren't being detected , camera works , and the performance is good (still fresh out of boot)
Would be nice to see a solution for the IMEI/SIM problem
Ps : IMEI Is doesn't show up when using *#06# ,Also orientation is still bugged
Also destructosphere's LineageOS 14.1 Dated 16-4 Has SIMs working with my phone , maybe you could look into that

Save and reboot system.
