Hey everyone, I need help flashing an RUU... I don't know the steps. I can't get LTE on my phone which I should have in my area so that's why I want to flash an RUU to get back to stock to see if it fixes my problem.
I'm on AT&T with S-OFF, bootloader unlocked, super CID... What do I need to do? I'm on a mac which is why all the guides I've found saying "just run the .exe" won't work for me.
If anyone could just write down some steps I'd be very grateful

If you root it should stay, if not then you can just make the request again provided you are still using the stock T-mobile firmware. If you install a different rom then that may be another story.

Hello, how do I get back to stock firmware from custom roms? I tried dload sd card method but it gets stuck at 5% then gives me a error. Please give me a step by step tutorial, thank you! P.S: If it's because I used the wrong firmware, pls help me find the correct one too(I'm from Singapore, using starhub carrier, p9-eval19 Thank you all kind souls!!!!

When asking such questions it is necessary to provide more info
Also, dload does not work good with all stock firmwares and is not enough to restore stock from custom ROMs.
Also, if dload is forced with mixing custs, it can brick the phone
Supposing you were (before custom), you are now and you are going back to Nougat, use HWOTA

Of course, you need unlocked Bootloader and FRP.
Please open P9 Questions and Answers and you will find similar discussions - and further questions like what if you didn't keep your Bootloader code (you should have had it when flashing custom ROM), and so

hi guys, not sure if this was asked before, I tried searching but didn't find anything.
Basically want to know if anyone knows how to reset the phone back to complete stock, a bit of background. I came from the the CN tencent version but flashed the global rom, in the process, rooted and unlocked the bootloader and eventually went back to the CN rom, unrooted and relocked the bootloader but now am not getting OTA and failing SafetyNet. Think this has something to do with the flash counter, but could be wrong. Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction or better yet, provide a guide I can follow to get this done. Thanks all!
