i dont think i came with Android 11... This A.11 doesnt stand for the Android version otherwise they would be on Android 14 or 15 atm

yes u can flash. but you could also make a search on Google. there are many video and article that confirm what i said, cause i didnt tested directly on my phone. but the rom is global, so i'm sure u can flash without problems
