I have tencent version of asus rog phone 3, I'm facing an issue regarding incoming calls, it works fine sometimes but most of the times I can't hear or speak anything, the call is received but doesn't work, can anybody help, outgoing calls are fine, only the incoming calls have this issue, can somebody help??
i faced this issue on the next day after buying the phone,i just restart phone then it works fine or use wired headphone while receiving the incoming call and attend the call continue the conservation for 10 sec, then remove the headphone during the call then u can the hear voice on the phone ear speaker.
i hope this will work,reply me if it works.

Buy a global.
I am facing same issue since last 2 days. I came to one conclusion so far, is once u start receiving any call;
Just swipe right to answer > tap the speaker on > immediately tap the speaker off > and hit the handset to your ear, it is working for me.

i am also facing the same issue,bro did u got any permanent solution for this .is it any software problem or hardware problem..
No issue for me, guys think about update manually your phones. The WW firmware version given is pretty old. Just download the firmware, put it inside the root, reboot your phone and accept update.

Tengo ARP 3 tencent games 864 plus. A veces cuando me llaman o yo llamo me escuchan como bajo el agua o como ardilla....o. Como que se pierde la Señal........... Y al hablar por bluetooth tambien escucho mucha interferencia... Hoy actualize el firmware y seguridad a septiembre 2020 manualmente de la página de Asus poniendo el Archivo de 2.4 gb en carpeta de almacenamiento.Y reiniciando el Equipo para detectar automáticamente la actualización. After one day using I also get similar problem with incoming call. But first time it was ok, then i tuned different phone settings fnd installed some soft, and suddenly I had big bug with incoming calls. Long time picking with phone settings had no results and i decided to do reset default settings. Bug is go away))) I think this bug connect with some phone settings or soft. Sorry from my English)))

Alright so I just bought a Vibrant yesterday and after like 4 hours managed to Root my phone and then 3 hours after that managed to unlock it... Well I've asked my friends to call me to see if it works and yes it's ok. Calling is fine both receiving and sending. However I tried sending a txt message today and it says "message will be sent when service becomes available"....
I've searched for this problem but couldn't find it. I've also read timestamps on Txt messages being wrong and remember seeing someone post a fix on it but yet a gain couldn't find it. I haven't installed a rom on my phone yet and would like to know if this is what I have to do in order to be able to send txt messages? On my phone at the top I have a little icon of a sim card with a Red exclamation point.
When I entered my network unlock key it said unlock successful. I also have a blue circle with a diagonal line in it next to sim card logo. I don't know what to do. and quite frankly I am starting to get worried.
EDIT: i've looked at other threads and got chompsms but so far nothing...

I use SMS more than voice
i really hate the voice part of the phone is annoying
i don't usually answer my calls, it's pointless to call me, i'm always in meetings
is faster to reach me via IM, SMS, Email, or any kind of text

Maybe to look in corresponding SIM Call settings, Call waiting function and check is it activated at all?

Did you check this on operator side, that this option is activated 100%?
If yes, then I will first check SIM card and if this is OK then i will opt for factory reset.
Hi, fantastic day ahead.
Me too facing this issue since more than a month still.
I am using two networks in 2 SIM slots.
I am getting my existing call's voice dropped from my side when i receive a waiting call on screen, but call timer still continues (Call not disconnecting).
This issue is for calls from both the numbers (SIM1 as well SIM2), Then i realised, issue is not from network, it may be from UI of my phone (Redmi note 9 pro max).
Please help me any resolver.
Hello, i,m writting from spain , recently i have bought this phone on eBay and have a problem. When i receive calls i don,t hear any sound, telephone only vibrate and when answer i can speak and caller hear me but if i want yo actívate the speaker i dont hear anything through It. It happends with calls and notifications from Whatsapp too, only vibrate. Sms, email and any other sound works perfect and i can récord my voice and play It.
I restart to Factory defaults 2 times and try any settings about callings and sound on phone. My versión is 21a, please help me, thanks a lot.

so i have 2 10s phones . i updated mine to 13.0.6 and its fine
my brother updated his but his phone was unusable since
first his phone app stopped registering Call history. and once u make a phone call the volume of the phone just goes down to like 10% even when its at max and it stays like this until you restart
also when this happens when he sends a voicenote the voice has no sound in it
also when we try to adjust volume there are 2 level bars instead of the normal 1 (check the screenshot below)

when we restart the phone it works fine. but once we make a phone call the same error occurs again .. the phone is unusable
here is what i tried :
clearing cache/data of phoneapp
downgrading the phoneapp (uninstalling updates)
messing around with permissions/audio settings
then i factory reset the phone then it worked for about 10 hours
but after the 5th phone call it happend again and now it keeps happening
help please i dont want to flash an older miui version because i still have warranty
Hello, I am also using a Redmi Note 10s and after updating my phone to MiUi 13.0.6.0 I am having issues during calls as well. Whenever I call using Whatsapp or other apps (e.g Zoom) there are voice cuts so the receiver cannot hear me properly. I have ruled out weak WiFi as a problem as when I call using other devices using the same internet connection I do not face any issues during calls. I also tried testing the inbuilt microphone by sending voice messages and it seems that the mic is fine cause the voice messages are clear. I don't know what could be causing this but my guess would be that its a bug with the new MiUi version.

I have the exact same issue after updating to MIUI 13. Did you get fixed it? If YES please share it with me.
I also have the same problem..
1. Sound distorted while listening music and watching videos.
2. Mic not working properly (the other person on the call be like that I'd muted phone)
3. Youtube lags ( video not playing properly)
4. Pubg sound/mic
5. If they called me and when I answered the call.. the messenger or any social media be like app not responding.

Facing same issue after Miui13 update. Redmi Note 10s. Other party can't hear me on the other end. Was never like that till i did the update. Xiaomi sure knows how to frustrate one. Any fix yet? Love from Nigeria.
Sadly, I am still facing the issue. My phone is useless now since I can't make calls with it. I think Xiaomi will have to send out a new update to fix the issue as it seems to be software related. So, we will have to wait till then I guess which sucks.
