Download the MatLog app from the Play Store.
After downloading the MatLog app, go to the app settings, and change the log level to Debug.
Clear all previous logs and take the exact steps to produce the error you are receiving. As soon as you receive the error (probably a force close), go straight into MatLog and stop the log recording.
Copy and paste the entire log either to Hastebin or Pastebin
Save the log, and copy and paste the link into the thread with a brief description of the error.

That's weird. Try to flash shrp using odin. Extract recovery.img and compress to .tar

Great job. I am not fluent in English and my translation technique is really bad. That is why I will explain myself in short sentences.
I installed your ROM on my SM-J610G device.
I have only found two flaws:
The first is simpler to explain, it consumes a lot of the battery.
The second is more complex. I have two SIM CARDs but even though I wanted to deactivate one, they both remain active.
The prediction I make is the following: Configuration >> Networks and Internet >> SIM2 (or SIM1) >> Use SIM
At that moment the screen freezes. And I have to cancel the process.
Sorry I can't show the log, but MatLog asks for ROOT privileges and I don't like to root a phone until strictly necessary. For now, if I am not going to use SIM2 I simply remove it from the device.
If possible I appreciate solving a problem that is rather uncomfortable rather than strictly necessary.

Yeah, sorry about that. I think I know what's wrong with fm radio and I'll release a new update tomorrow or Sunday with a probably fix for that and a fix for an old bug with wifi + bluetooth

If you have read the instructions correctly, you should know that you have to have Android 10 with the OneUI 2.0 on your device, personally, Android 10 for my SM-J610G has not arrived in my country so I installed a ROM from another country, Chile (CHO) that does.
I let it reboot until the beginning and then I turned it off and installed the TWRP (below I will leave you the link where the installation procedure appears, which is very simple) please do not forget to do the patching before installing the RRQ. The rest is very easy.
As for the OPENGAPPS, you should use those that say ARM, Android 10 and the variant I use is the NANO (my reasons) but the minimum is the one that says PICO. In any case, you can press any variant and download the text file "VERSION INFORMATION" that tells you which applications each one brings before downloading the package.

For SMS - update your SMS app via Google Play store. It works just fine for me.
I didn't test miracast but I would love to get a log from that.

of course there's still issues with the camera apps (trying to find the right one, and have yet to find anything which makes use of both cameras, but gcam works at least for manual aperture switching)
and I was also wondering, are there any plans to implement features such as;
performance options (coming from other devices, have seen they have battery, balanced, quick and extreme options)
double tap to wake (personally VERY important to me)
force fullscreen/hide status bar
just curious
again, thank you, easily the best ROM I've used so far, have had an s9+ for a little under 2 days and had to ditch ONEUI2 when I realised it was very locked down, especially in terms of customisation

Double tap to wake doesn't work on stock. You can flash WW kernel or ElementalX and get Hktweaks. Enable double tap to wake from there but push home button to wake phone will not work.

I would have one request. Would it somehow be possible to add the omni network traffic style (status bar)? Where both, up- and download speed are shown simultaneously?

The OMNI network traffic style is to be added by the devs of the RR. If you all have issues on setup screen (gapps) try flame gapps, works better for me than OPEN gapps.

Gapps setup can be fixed. I flashed Flame-gapps basic and I had no problems on setting it up. You can try FLAME-GAPPS

Some issues
Hi dev: first of all I must thank you for this rom, I have been using RR roms in all the smartphones I had until today, so thank you.
Second, issues:
First, I have a little issue with sounds, when incall the volume is extremely high even in the lowest position and it starts working fine only if I put it in the upper position and then in lower position, after doing that it works fine (at least for me).
Second, native call recording does not work, it appears but button does not make anything.
Well, my phone is Realme Q, I clean-installed RR 8.5.9 from rui as base and when I installed 8.6.0 the sound problem gets worst and call recorder does not work at all.

If you have downgraded to color OS for old custom roms, you need to be on RUI to install this ROM. RUI based newer custom ROMs are very safe to install.

Not downgraded, never updated to latest android, phone came with COLOROS.

So you are still on Colour OS ROM.
Correction - NOT MY ROM
You have to be on Realme UI to flash the Resurrection Remix.

I'm having an issue with my Earphone with this Rom, Earphone is fine , I can play games watch youtube videos, but as soon as i try to play music in music player app, Sound wont come in Earphone.. Please how to please reply.Always been a genuine user

Works OK here for music using pulsar, but not for calls : can't here other person till I take them out.
OK, everything working apart from occasional random reboot (any way to log this??)

One bug i found is, Screen lock option under Settings > security is not working.
When we setup up for patttern/pin/password - it shows the message "Screen lock was already changed, try again with the new screen lock". Even the finger print based security is working either.
Anybody experiencing the same ?

I also experienced this thing because I had flashed the fcrypt disabler
I had to reflash rom ( clean)
But it was in the older version also could you pls tell how is the battery life in this rom thank you

Hi , you could just update it via the updater or also just flash the rom file without wiping anything ( dirty flash) your gapps will stay

Not facing issue although android setup keeps crashing when setting up google account after flashing gapps with pico version will be trying nano now

Same problem. If I want to unlock the phone after some time neither fingerprint nor double tap are working, I have to long press the power button instead. Couldnt find any other way to resolve it besides disableing pocket detection. Pocket detection in general seems to be defective.
In 8.6.2 SELinux is disabled. Werent the older builds from letsmakecakes enforcing?
But overall seems to be nice and smooth

Hello! I did a clean flash on latest version 8.6.2. Everything works good till now. I found one bug. I can't install Revolut app. It say app is not compatible with my device. With 8.6.1 works perfectly. Any clue?! I tried to clean cache on google store and another methods, but fail...

I used Migrate App to migrate Revolut from another Rom to 8.6.2 and Revolut behaves normal. I also just tried the recent update from Playstore.

@adazem009 @Hausemaster Fantastic job! I've loaded it on my 8504F.
Only issue I can find was on initial start, I declined the face unlock, and that prevented my going any further. I rebooted, and reflashed, but it kept saying I needed app permissions...
So I flashed LineageOS 17.1 (which has never worked for me - caused a boot loop), then re-flashed Resurrection and this time accepted face unlock.
And now, it feels like I have a brand new tablet!

Please report bugs with logs. I've tested the screen recorder, but it seems I can't play the output videos.

Only screen recording not working...
But screen recording also not worked in lineage 16/17.1 roms...
I tried to install this but ended up in a bootloop stuck on the RR logo (for over an hour). I tried going back to stock using the Lenovo rescue tool, which mostly works, but the tablet no longer has any Wifi. Any suggestions? I'm hoping reflashing the boot.img would help but I can't find a copy of that file anywhere -- if anyone can provide that I'd really appreciate it... thanks

Are you on the latest stock firmware? Also, did you wipe data,cache,Dalvik/ART cache after installing the ROM?

(Post the version number) I'm on the latest 0031 based stock firmware and the calls (outgoing) don't work on LOS 17.1 based roms, also, I'm pretty sure that the dev removed a file that's responsible for outgoing , so, I'm not really sure how outgoing works for you, so, please provide the firmware version so that I can install it and test it myself and also to see if the outgoing calls work...

Make sure you're on the Oreo firmware. LineageOS 16.0, 17.1 and all ROMs based on them boot only on the Oreo firmware. I once tried it with the Nougat firmware, which ended up in a bootloop.

After installing RR, yes, I wiped all those. Stock version I am trying to go back to is TB_8504F_USR_S001019_1909091114_Q12000_ROW -- Since I had no pending updates prior to trying to install RR, I assume that's the one I was one prior
