UMIDIGI Q1 15W Wireless Charger w/ Galaxy Note 9

Hey guys, ive just bought the Umidigi Q1 wireless charger that reaches 15w charging speeds. I read that the Note 9 has a 15w Qi pad installed. How do I test whether or not the Q1 is charging the Note 9 at the full 15w wireless speed?
Try checking with AccuBattery.
Ampere app.
So what would I have to look for on these apps to show that the phone is charging at 15w? Ive never used them before

The SM-X200 spec says it will charge at 9V, but took me a while to get that to work. The charger that comes with it only does 5V. I tried one QC 3.0 charger, and also only 5V. Another QC 3.0 charger will charge the SM-X200 at 9V and 1.5A.
Digging deeper, the tablet needs Samsung Active Fast Charge (AFC) 9V. Few chargers support AFC 9V.

I was just going to post the same thing, most of my non Samsung chargers won't charge at qc speed, but, interestingly pd chargers charge at 15 watt and ankerp iq2 chargers charge at 14w not sure if this is a unisoc thing or a Samsung non Qualcomm thing.
With the sharp corners, restricted chargers, no flash, and tft instead of ips, I'm not sure if I'd have chosen this tab over my 2018 tab a, but it was a present from work.
It is 128/4gb model and it's faster than my old tab a. So I can't really complain too much.
Looks like Samsung got their specs wrong as well as shipped with the wrong wall charger for the Tab A8. The AFC in my package is a 9V 1.67A brick, which is 15W, and it cannot power the device. Can't even power it from 0 to power-on. So I got in touch with the tech dept and they cited the same figures: AFC 5v+9v is the correct charger. So I figured I had a bad brick and bought another. Nope, same result.
Tab A8 requires the 25W 9v Fast Charger, same as the S20 S21 and S22. It has sufficient amperage to provide the 9V needed.
For reference, Samsung's Fast Charger is also adaptive, and is rated:
25W / 2.77A = 9V
and
15W / 3.0A = 5V
Is worth to buy the 2022 version now?
Not really. It runs slow on Tiger T618. Maybe it will improve when it gets Android 12, supposedly next month.
Can anyone else confirm that the Tab A8 (SM-X205) does not register as having any Proximity Sensor in it at all
according to the apps KinScreen and IntellicCover which states no sensor found
All despite the claims that this model does in fact have one according to:
Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 10.5 (2021) - Full tablet specifications
www.gsmarena.com
Im on Android 13
App Device HW Info also sais i dont have a proximity sensor as well
I want to have the screen turn on/off when i open/close my cover
The Magnetometor sensor does in fact change in value when i bring the cover flap over the top as the end of the flap has a small
magnet which is detected when its against the cover
Does anyone have any suggestions for such as an i can use with either the light sensor or the magnetometor sensor ?
Yes the A8 Tab has a geomagnetic sensor and the Hall sensor. I'm running Android 13 on this Tab as well, so I'm wondering if the device's settings in Smart Unlock are in conflict with your attempts to turn screen on/off when using a cover.
Settings > Lock Screen > Smart Lock
Also check Settings > Lock Screen > Screen Lock Type

Question Tab S8 Ultra constant popups when charging.

I bought a HEYMIX 45W GaN PD Wall Charger, 30W USB C Fast Charger, Max48W Dual-Port Quick Charger AU Plug, Compatible with Galaxy S21/S20/10, iPhone 13/12 Pro Ma (thats a mouthful) for this tablet but i have an annoying issue since I started using it. I have constant popups showing the charge %
I have tried a couple different cords. I thought it might have been Gauge Battery Widget so I installed Battery Reborn and no difference
Is there anyone else with this issue that can help please.
Many thanks in advance
Same thing used to happen to me on my Tab S7+ when connecting to a non Samsung charger. Try the original charger or a high wattage charger. On my Tab S8 Ultra I have no issues when charging with a 65watt Oneplus charger.

To clarify - there is no "original charger". Samsung doesn't include chargers anymore. I suppose you could mean one that Samsung sells that's aimed at using with this tablet, but wow they're expensive and limited (one USB-C port) for what they are. Looks like Samsung is out of stock of both colors - no idea if you can find them elsewhere.
I haven't been actively using my Tab S8 Ultra enough at the same time as charging it so I don't know if I would experience the same thing. I do have the recent Anker 3-port 100-watt charger for when I have to charge fast (at 45-watts), but I haven't had a need to do that yet.
Thanks for that, the company I bought my charger from sent out a 65w charger and it works great

Question Which charger (with cable) will charge the S23 (not + or Ultra) the fastest?

Which charger (with cable) will charge the S23 (not + or Ultra) the fastest?
Use the OEM Samsung cable/brick.
There is no OEM one, no? As in the box. btw it supports max 25W so the "Samsung 25W PD Adapter"

Samsung went chintzy with all the "extras" like a brick/cable in the box. The N10+ came with them.
So... yeah buy the OEM Samsung 25W charging set. It's actually a high quality pair. My original set is still tight and running good after almost 4 years and thousands of charges.
Don't roll up the cable once unpacked to prolong its lifespan.
Thank you for your responses!
I ended up giving these a go, and they charge my S23 from 1% to 100% in less than 1h and 15 minutes (I even a few things on the phone while charging).

I use the ''Ambrane 45W Fast Charger'' with cable that came along the phone and have been very satisfied (using device & charger since 24 Feb). Charges the phone from 0-100 in about 40 mins (0-85 in around 30mins). The phone has a "superfast charging" feature very few know about and correct cable/pd bricks do this trick.
What is Samsung Super Fast Charging?
Samsung's Super Fast Charging offers up to 45W of charging power, but you can't expect the same performance on every device.

Not sure why it says that, maybe 25W max with the normal fast adapters and not the adaptive/power delivery adapters. I get a superfast charging text/ teal colored ring when I switch on the toggle for fast charging and green ring/charging text when it's off.

Checked on Ampere it shows:
4400 mA max output with the superfast charging
1850 mA max output otherwise
Hopefully, someone with a better knowledge might be able to help us out!
