I have an LG V40, and in both Android 9 and 10, it seems that the "Screen Recording" app is always running, and not possible to keep it Stopped.
Greenify shows it as running in "Foreground":

If I force hibernation, seconds later it will be running in Foreground again.
It is not possible to disable this app, and it requires access to Camera and Microphone:
These permissions cannot be removed either:
Should I be concerned? Is there any way I can fully disable this app?
My OS is European.
Could be it's an Administrator? Need to disable that before you can work on it, if that's the case.

After 5.0 they moved it as a system icon to the right and it can be turned off or adjusted.

It seems like in Touchwiz they never updated this and the key is still on the left. Even if you're using 5.1.1 (I assume 6.0 will be the same.)

2 Questions:
1) Without rooting, is there a way to remove or hide that icon?
2) Is there a way to file a bug or ticket with Samsung to let them know to fix this in the new Touchwiz? Or some other way of contacting them?

Won't install on 5.1. Guessing it's for MM.
I stand corrected. I was using TiBu to backup an app that updated and this Command Center was in the list. I added it to my home screen from my list of widgets and turned on it's settings and all is well. When I installed it, I swear that it said "not installed".

Looks cool at first but, they made the fonts smaller for no reason and its harder to read. I went back to command center 2.
Doesn't work on my Turbo running CM13 MM. Won't show up in the widgets drawer. CC 2 works fine.
Randomly I will get a request to allow root access to system_server 1000
The touch screen would freeze, it wouldn't allow me to approve.
So I set Superuser to grant by default
Everytime the pop up from Superuser would ask to Grant access the touch screen would just freeze until it timed out and then it would work again.
What is this damn system server?
Should I decline root access to it?
Phone operates as normal now that it's approved by default

Has anyone else noticed that ever since OOS hit nougat, the way it handles linking phone numbers has changed and become a pain in the butt? Now, when I click a phone number, I'm only given the option to add a contact or to close out and go back to the app I was using before. There's no option to actually dial that number... Well you can use Google assistant by long pressing home button then you will have copy and dailer function also

when checking magisk log file , I think that i should see log for apps i only open while using root , but i see that finances apps and crypto apps that i installed but didn't open it for while , can someone explain what is this ?

That's just MagiskHide detecting the apps you have added to the Hide list. Nothing suspicious about it.
The button on the bottom right of the screen(shot) is the Magisk SU log, which is what you're looking for.
