How to enable an “Always on Display” mode for JUST notifications? - Nokia 9 PureView Questions & Answers

In Nokia 9 with Android 10, I set Settings=>Display=>Advance=>Screen timeout to 30 seconds, but I still like be aware when I have notifications waiting to be reviewed.
In Settings=>Display=>Advanced there are Glance view options:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
The default Glance display duration is 30 seconds. But I like to see all of the notifications which I missed when I wasn't around my phone, so I've changed it to Always on...which got the screen to be constantly on!
True, it's not "fully" on. It's a black screen with a clock and battery percentage. But is there any way to keep the screen completely off and only keep the glance screen on if I actually have notifications waiting to be reviewed?
In other words, see how Wikipedia describes what I want:
[url=https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Always_on_Display]Always on Display said:
Typically, an Ambient display solution which turns on the screen only when notifications are present, remains on, but turns off when they are dismissed.
Click to expand...
Click to collapse
Here is what I get when the screen is supposed to be turned off:

[Q] MIUI led notification i9000, ho to turn off!?

Hi!
A few weeks ago I went back to the MIUI rom. Everything worked really good, except for one small problem. The led buttons lights up when getting a notification and stays on even when the screen is off. Usually, on previous versions of MIUI roms, you could turn the led notifications on/off. But there's no such option available anymore... So, someone please help med turn the led notification off.
Bump! I'd also really like to know as well.
Going into LED settings and turning it off doesn't cut it anymore.
I'm also having this problem, anyone?
It's probably a slight error in the coding or whatnot...
Any new idea how to turn LED off?
EDIT: found it - http://miuiandroid.com/community/threads/how-to-disable-led-notifications.12454/
Wel done good job

Dinamic info:
Wifi: only appears if wifi is enabled on the phone.
Battery indicator: Its only visible when is lower than 25% and it will increment its visibility based on power left. (appears left of the date)
Buttons:
Pressing the hour open google keep.
Pressing wifi icon position opens google fit.
Pressing Battery icon position open alarm.
KNOW BUG:
Date format is day/month/years (for some reason cannot find how to display month with leading zero) to fix that I added the name of the month at the end.

Display issue

Hi everyone!
I have a tab S2 9,7 2015 wifi and i bought it recently.When I have the tablet in portrait everything it's ok with the display.
When i turn it in landscape i have an issue with the display.It's more visible at night with low lights and low brightness.Since i see it once,now i can see it all the time.
It' like i can see the leds behind the screen.
It's not visible with any app from google play that tests the screen.Only with this blue colour and white or grey etc.
I send it to samsung service and they send it me back and said to me that the screen has no issues.
What can i do?It's very annoying...

I have 2 sm-t813, they got the same effect in landscape and low brightness, one of the tablet got the screen replaced (cracked) and the new screen have also lines... It seems to be a normal behavior of amoled screens.
Thank you very much for the response!

Missing notification on lock screen for channels marked as silent

Hi,
Few days ago I've switched from Nokia 7+ with Android 10 to Google Pixel 5 with Android 11.
When I started customizing channels notification for apps, I have found that when I set it to 'no sound and vibration' they aren't show on lock screen despite setting "Show confidential content only after unlocking":

In Android 10 they are shown. Has this been changed in the latest version, or it is a bug?
Resolved.
"It's not a bug, it's a feature"
It seems, that Google add option for what we can see on lock screen.
Just go to Settings -- Apps and Notifications -- Notifications -- Notifications on lock screen and set "Show conversations, default and silent"

Question AOD display notification icons

Okay so I figured out how to enable Aod on my x60Pro+ and found the setting to activate notification icons on aod screen, but for now I can only choose/activate the phone call and sms notification icons on aod screen. More important are - at least for my taste - 3rd party notification Icons like WhatsApp or general messenger messages. I'd also love to see a mail icon on my aod whenever a email was received from mail app. Anyone figured out how? Or still impossible?

No notification on AOD with chinese firmware
No notification on AOD with Global firmware
You can enable display turn on for a few seconds whenever any notification arrives. That helps a little...
