S20 FE 5G Battery capacity - Samsung Galaxy S20 FE Questions & Answers

Hi all!
I've just bought the S20 FE 5g (EU version) and found it unusual that accubattery app reported 4100mah out of the advertised 4500mah. So I drained the phone and charged it to 100% with an USB metter.
So from 0% to 100% this was what I got:

How is your experience?

losing 2% within minutes of the phone being pulled from the mains is 99% of the time caused by the phone being left on the charger for longer than necessary, for instance overnight. The reason this happens is because the phone stops charging when full and just stays at "100%" even tho its draining and likely is actually 98% despite reading 100%

Battery stats out of sync, help needed

Hi guys,
I charged battery till fully charged yesterday and I went to flash a firmware upgrade which took about 15 minutes in total and thereafter when my phone restarted, it showed me 39%, a huge 61% drop during this process and I checked the battery voltages in fastboot getvar all and using gsam battery app, it still showed me 4.2-4.3V which is usually a full charged battery. Now after charging a while, it suddenly goes back to 100%, any idea is this normal? This is the first time this is happening.
Hope to get some help and advice around here, thanks guys.
Screenshots after charging over an hour:
Just plugged into charger:

After charging over an hour, suddenly it shows up at 100%
You need to re-calibrate your battery. There are a few different ways I've read people doing it. I usually just let it totally drain, then charge it to full again without messing around with it. You may want to search for a proper method.

[Q] Screen on battery drain?

How much battery does your HTC ONE drain when your screen is on?
Mine drops about 3% every 10 minutes (18% per hour) sitting on the home screen. This means I get only 5 hours (and a bit) screen on time.
Every review out there states 8-9 hours of video playback, but I do not even come close to that.
When the screen is OFF it only drains about 5% for 8 hours (or 0.625% per hour), and this seems very normal to me.
This happens on stock 4.1.2 firmware and on ARHD 12 (4.2.2).
Normally I wouldn't worry about it too much, but the HTC ONE has a non-removable battery so I want to make double sure the battery is ok.
So what say you? Do I experience normal or excessive battery drain with screen on?
Five hours of screen in time is normal for me over an 18 hour day.
Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk 2
Anyone else please?

Battery stats not reseting

Lately battery stats won't reset when I unplug my phone from the charger. It is midly annoying.but I wonder if it could be a sign of a more serious issue? Right now my time on battery is showing 44 hours and screen on 9 hours which is obviuosly not true.

Yes, obviously I tried that.LOL
Don't the stats only reset once the phone fully charges to 100% ?
I granted battery stat permissions to a few battery monitor apps and I thought the commands were not going through, but they battery stats did not update until the phone was charged above 90%. I guarantee if you charge your phone to at least 90% or preferably 100%, your stats will update as fragtion said.
I asked this question a few weeks ago to no avail.
To reset the battery stats dial *#9900# ( Snapdragon ) and then select the option Reset Battery stats.

Exaggerated battery drain help

I have a Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 in miui 12.5 and I've noticed a totally battery drain. My battery from 100% is during 8 hours to 16%

then from 20% to 0% is about half an hour of battery life. Is totally uncalibrated and on battery I see what most uses battery is the screen
which it used 2500 mAh in 8 hours of active. And I've noticed from 17% to 10% in 15 minutes consumed 100 mAh more.
Only screen and I don't know why. I have this phone since 107 days ago and I never experienced this. I have other friend with same phone and he's telling me his battery is during from 10 to 20 hours even he's using it to play or using it for apps like Facebook almost the whole day. Apparently my phone has an issue here and it making me anxious.
I also watched a video about and the standard, the screen is consuming no more than 400 mAh.
Any tips with this issue? Hard reset? Downgrade to android 10 MIUI 11? Or should I call warranty and refund/repair?
And also why my screen is consuming a lot of mAh it doesn't makes sense.

Question Not many charging settings for extended battery life span?

I have the Chinese phone with Origin OS, and I'm missing the features that many other modern smartphone brands have; optimized battery charging.
For example, it's not ideal for the battery's well being to always recharge the battery to 100 %, I would rather set it to 80 % like you can with Samsung and Sony units. I've read OnePlus and Apple can charge from 80 to 100% the last minutes before you usually climbs up in the morning, as this is supposed to be good for the battery.
Am I blind and have missed these battery settings for the X70 pro+ ? This is the only settings I can find.

Can't find that feature on the device. However, AccuBattery says the damage caused charging up to 100% is negligible if you're charging it from what they perceive is an optimum charge? That's something between 20–60%. Plus, the phone trickle-charges up from 90%. You can also find the charging speed slows down considerably and the phone warms down when charging 90–100% off the heat that's generated during charging up to 90%, 'fast-charging' the device. The app usually registers considerable 'battery wear' if you charge the phone when it is already 'charged enough'.
I don't even charge this phone overnight anymore.
Since it can charge so quickly I just put it on charge while I am showering and stuff in the morning. Then I remove it when it's around 80%
