Just got my 4a 5g... all going well so far enjoying it and just getting everything setup the way I like it.
Just on the wallpaper front I was expecting some live wallpapers... but when I go to edit wallpaper doesn't look like I've got any listed anywhere?
Am I missing something or is there just none out the box?
I noticed this too. There's only 1 live wallpaper called eclipse and it's hardly anything to be enthusiastic about.
You should use google's wallpaper app which is preinstalled: Google Play: Wallpapers
Got 7 different color based live wallpaper (where you can choose about 3 different color combinations) + one real time earth live wallpaper (i might installed it manually) + several non-live wallpapers
If you're not satisfied with the range of offered wallpapers: Check out XDA-forums, Google Playstore, F-Droid, or any other creditable app source.
Ah. Found it. It's under Settings - Display - styles and wallpaper.
I count 25 live wallpapers in the "World in motion" category (landscapes, planets, ect) and 8 in the "Interactive" category in the Wallpaper app you access by long pressing on the launcher.
Those you never used have to be downloaded via a button in the bottom right corner.
You could try earth and moon pro. There's a non-pro version as well. The dev also has ones for other planets. I've had these on my phone for a few different devices and never notice any battery hit:

Aside from the daily updating variety, mine only had TikTok under the actual Live Wallpaper section. Where did you find eclipse?

I'm a big fan of customizing homescreen and that's one of the reasons why i love android so much and never liked the scrolling wallpapers in android launchers, So i always stop the wallpaper scrolling and then the next thing is that it's always awesome to have model wallpapers once in a while as the wallpaper but then it's really hard to find a good collection of model wallpapers that fits nicely. So i always have to search alot to find good stuff, so i thought of sharing what i've found with yo'll.
I'm not sure if all the lauchers support "wallpaper scroll" to stop or allow but most 3rd party launchers like NOVA, APEX,TSF shell...ect supports this, So this is for all those who want hot model wallpapers that does not scroll

Here's something special for those who does not like to use the same wallpaper every single day. Most of you might know these apps already but this is for those who does not know about these amazing apps. So basically what they do is that they let you change your wallpaper automatically or with a simple click of a widget. so that you don't have to go through all the photos over and over again to select a new photo as your wallpaper. you can select a your folder or album with your favorite photos and then the app will change the wallpaper according to your settings. This is just the basic idea about these 3 apps you will understand what to do with it once you instal and check em out for yourself.

I highly recommend wallpaper Changer #1 which is what i use daily.

Multipicture live wallpaper is also great and has alot more features than my #1 and the best thing about it is that you can select different wallpapers for different screens it looks really cool. but make sure when you're in the settings you edit the memory consumption setting to LOW or Medium because otherwise it mat take too much of your ram.

I love the minimalistic look of S8/N8 animated wallpapers, however the problem with them is that they can only be applied to both lock and home screen. You can't choose only one (at least I couldn't find that option). Applying infinity wallpaper on both and then a separate lock screen only wallpaper would break the infinity wallpaper on home screen.

I dont know if it is what you are looking for but I sometimes use one called black live wallpaper, from the playstore
It's not bad but it's basically just parallax with sparkling effects and not really what I'm looking for.
I found an app called simply Motion by maxelus.net on Play Store. It's paid but one of the most beautiful live wallpapers I've seen and very much like Samsungs infinity stuff.

Got a trouble. When I want to change my wallpaper for the ones from "Google wallpapaers" I can not because system forcing me to chose from one of two system built in animated wallpapers. Any advices ?

Sadly no advice, but same issue, just two built in wp, even when I have more installed.
Actually the animated wallpaper selector shows all installed wallpapers (i.e. Kustom etc) when accessed from long pressing the home screen. It's just the Google app that give this result.

So i have a problem i download and installed them but basically i cant apply them. I tried google wallpaper app but it cant apply to lock screen just home screen. Can anyone help?
What's your favorite wallpaper app? I like the ones that automatically change the wallpaper on a schedule. I've been using 4k wallpapers app, but I'm wondering what other options are out there.
