I tried to streaming through elgato hd 60 s but when I put hdmi - usb c adapter to my phone ( it sets to 60 hz ) and can't play on my phone rather than 60 hz while on ipad pro I can do it , streaming and recording on 60 hz while playing on 90 hz like pubg mobile
Is there any possible way to play with higher than 60 hz and streaming (pass through) 60 Hz but without needing to root my device

I don't think so, the S10 has a 60hz hardware refresh rate screen, you can't do a software update and make a 60hz validated screen work on 120hz without issues.
It's not possible as stated many times before due to hardware limitations.
currently using adaptive refresh rate,is there a way to get it to drop to 48hz or lower when not touching the screen and screen off?using the galaxy max hz app at the moment and when screen is off goes to 48hz but screen on only drops to 60hz.on normal adaptive mode video goes to 60 hz like netflix and youtube but when i use syncler (formally tv zion)it drops to 48hz whilst watching movies and tv on that one app,is it possible to get it to 48hz on other apps etc?cheers
There is a difference between the android overlay refresh rate (developer options and galaxy max hz use this) and the actual refresh rate of the screen which is at a hardware level. I haven't seen an app that can show you exact Hz at the hardware level.
Said with the caveat I'm repeating what I have read rather an expert
Hi people .. the thing is when I use cleaner from time to time 120 hz reverse to 60 hz .. after that I have to manually adjust 120 hz a 5 times minimum so display can work in 120 hz .
Any ideas why this happens ?

I would just use the method described on the other thread of changing the refresh rate to 90hz, honestly 60 hz It is just plane sluggish. I come from a OnePlus 7t and I never had to use the 60 hz and battery was great, with my mi 11 I'm using 120 -90 hz with qhd and I been getting awesome battery (similar to the OnePlus on 90hz) and very responsive phone with latest Eu Rom. Also like Pho3nx said that's just a placebo with the cleaner I would not use it.
