The overscan API is gone in Android 11.
Nav bar hiding is not possible anymore without root.
You can use a magisk module or edit build.prop to hide the nav bar.
(I am not sure if it works with this specific ROM, as it causes issues in Evolution x, but works in Corvus. Just talking about ROMs by the same dev)

You been busy building roms for the 6t thank you very much. If you want to dig into Verizon issues I would be happy to test for you, I am busy for a few days though, project it's going to take me till probably Wednesday to finish up but I may flash one of your ROMs Sunday night and send you logs, I suppose Verizon is she was the same on all of them so which one would you suggest me to flash to send you logs?

What do you mean Nav Bar hiding isn't possible anymore? I'm literally using A11 right now... Zero Nav bar.

How are you hiding the nav bar?
I have no nav bar either, however I am editing build.prop

Got it.
We are talking about 2 different things. I guess I should have been a bit more clear.
To use a third party gesture app like vivid or fng, the 2 or 3 button nav bar option needs to be selected, and then the nav bar disabled so these apps can function.
This was accomplished using the overscan API which has been deprecated in Android 11.
Google confirms overscan is gone in Android 11, crippling third-party gesture apps
Google has confirmed that overscan is not present in Android 11. This change will cripple third-party navigation gesture apps and others.

Hi bro, Thanks for the Rom. The Rom is working fine.

Yeah, why would you just assume someone would know you're referring to use of a third party app. That's literally entirely different from a system UI setting you're talking about. Literally no one is going to be immediately like "Oh yeah he must be using third party gestures."

Who would think of hiding something that's not even visible?
With stock gestures, there really isn't a Navbar to hide.
Anyways. Thanks for your inputs.

Awesome. Works very well! Thanks for porting another one to this device Joe2k01. I had one question tried activating the navbar in settings but its still not showing up even after reboot and rooted via supersu. Any tips or is this not available yet.

Actually enabling on screen navigation bar is not that good because we have visible hardware buttons
The ROM is now Official, enjoy
Yay, another ROM!
One question, though. Could you change the Night Display boolean to true in the overlay, like it was on AOSPExtended?

That is correct but the onscreen navbar is helpful and a good option when using the tablet in landscape mode. Is there any way to enable the onscreen navbar if we do want both? Like the previous post, I also have been unable to find a setting that will enable the onscreen navbar. Thanks for bringing this ROM to the t813 - I use xenonhd on my nexus 6 already.

Hey Joe, flashed this ROM. It's all working well so far. Wondering if you would consider adding an additional function on the recent button. There is no provision for a double tap and when the single tap and long tap are pressed there is no menu to go to the home screen (trying not to click press the home button every time I want to go to the home screen). I am also unable to place the date on the status bar although in the settings, there looks like there is a menu to do it but it's not activated.. Cheers

Ok, thanks for the info.
Meanwhile i was trying to install the rom, i cannot flash pico gapps because there is not enough space on /system partition, also i noticed that advanced reboot menu does not reboot in recovery mode(tried only reboot->recovery) but it does only a normal reboot.
Edit: UI is very smooth, and phone performance/battery life are great:good:

Anyway, thanks again for you work!:good:

Oh and safetyNet is passed, even without magisk installed:good:

Same behavoir here too. If you are in TWRP and then select shut off, it stays off.
Great ROM, very smooth.
i have a XT1040, after a week of usage apps started FC until the system stopping after few seconds of boot up and restarting stuck on that loop, i dont know what caused this , the rom wasnt rooted ,moved to lineage to test it, but later i want to download an older version of viper os with nougat or mm.
Thank you, excellent job. I have been using the rom for 8 days and it goes like the first day, like a silk. Waiting for it to be updated to see if the phone's total shutdown is corrected, since it never succeeds unless you turn it off from recovery. otherwise very comfortable with this Rom
I'm have heavy lag while playing PokémonGo... But Ui, chrome, other games work fine:silly:
Battery 5 to 6 hours of usage...pretty good imho.

Few questions:
So that's based on Lineage?
What Camera do we get with it? (Samsung or what)
GApps included? how many of them, I am so used to install gapps/nikapps pico packages. I have no interest in other Google Apps since
why is it important to deliver GApps with this ROM?
Flashed today, very snapy working good so far. Just checked and face this error.

/d/gapps allows you to disable or flat out delete all the GApps stuff in the system. Alternatively, you can also use NanoDroid as a module to disable, and replace them (with MicroG) them systemlessly.
Does NezukoOS supports Notification Ticker feature?

What I understand is that Samsung App's do no work at all? Health, Wearable, LED view cover etc? Am I right?

About led view cover i dont know, wearable and health might work...
Very well made ROM! I'm using this since it came out and I had no problems at all till now! Just wondering how I could change the quality of screenshots (they appear to be pixelated a bit). However, it's not only in this one, LineageOs 18.1 or android 11 ROMs for this phone do have this problem in general, I guess.

Either way I would have provide a version w/o GApps, such a shame as long as you deliver AOSP

/d/gapps allows you to disable or flat out delete all the GApps stuff in the system. Alternatively, you can also use NanoDroid as a module to disable, and replace them (with MicroG) them systemlessly.

Guys, very beautiful rom. Please tell me that we Verizon users can also enjoy this one as well.
@durgesh
Hey man, this Custom Rom sounds and looks pretty awesome!!
Couple of questions for you:
1. Is this strictly for the 6T only or 6 as well? (I'm sure someone is bound ask)
2. Can this ROM be used on the 6T McLaren edition?
3. If it can be used on the 6T McLaren version, are the McLaren goodies included (McLaren Boot animation, themes, wallpapers, etc.) or will be included at some point?
Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hey I'm waiting to know that too.
Can we hide nav bar in order to use other gesture navigation apps? Also, which gapps are included in gapps version?
Thank you for the ROM and your effort.

This looks quite good. With some other roms having released their last versions I'm shopping around and this is definitely going on my list.
* Call recorder (Skvalex) should work, right?
* What camera does it uses and are there limitation (like slowmo on GCAM?)

Excellent. Looking forward to seeing the evolution of this ROM and possibly have the McLaren goodies included in the near future...
Hopefully, this ROM will get A12 as well cause it is literally around the corner and that's where Custom Roms will really be needed for the 6T...
Looking forward to flashing this Rom. Also your PayPal donation page has no profile attached to it.

PixelOS is an AOSP based ROM, with Google apps included and all Pixel goodies (launcher, wallpapers, themed icons, google sans fonts, Monet color based system wide theming, boot animation), a fork of OG Pixel Experience with improvements on the top of it. Huge respect to Pixel Experience team for their work, thanks to them for making this ROM possible.
In short a fully functional Pixel Experience with just the right amount of essentials.

I've been enjoying this Rom these 3 weeks and everything amazing so far. A quick question... Do you have plans to keep the ROM updated? Thanks.

Yes, I plan to keep the ROM updated. Ive applied for official maintainership, though I am currently working through a couple of source-side issues. I will release an update as soon as I figure it out.

Encrypted hotspot work?
Chrome crash?
So far so good. Just several days run though. Experienced two unknown reboots and sluggish during setup/app installing but, that's it. Smooth like stock once it's settled. Looking forward to future updates. Appreciate your work!

Thanks for the info, I'm currently working through some source side issues, but if you happen to catch any logs during the reboot/sluggish periods it would be greatly appreciated so I can possibly fix them in my next successful build.

Flash the ROM and check yourself, if they don't work then use another ROM from someone else.

It came out wrong.
These bugs are persistent in most Android 12 roms thats why i am asking about them.
Something about this ROM feels slow. Camera slow to load. Scrolling and swiping I have to be pretty intentional. Not sluggish in any way but just quarter of a second type thing.

Yeah, that's mostly just a ROM thing, I wouldn't know what causes it. You may be able to resolve the scrolling issues by changine settings in system > touchscreen. My phone opens apps like Magisk slowly regardless of the ROM, but geekbench has it on-par with other 835 based devices. You may have slightly better results on the PixelExperience build I posted above, as it has more up to date vendor files.
