In attempting to separate glass and lcd, I have made the lcd turn purple. A new lcd assembly is $150, and I went on eBay and found that a live demo phone was $130. Would it work if I put the good motherboard from the now broken phone into the live demo unit?
Hi. I've a blue Xiaomi MI Note 3. The screen is broken and need to be changed. I'd like to know if there is an original screen for the phone because the replacement I saw once, had a different kind of blue (not original blue) and also no curved edges. It was a crappy replacement.
Also if someone knows where to buy on internet or in a cell phone shop in Denver, preferentially.

It's difficult to find genuine lcd panel with glass for Mi Note 3, maybe a refurbished one...
As in the title, i broke my camera glass and ordered a new one on AliExpress, but no one knows how to replace it, they say they fear to break the small lcd screen. Has anyone experienced the same issue? And how do i fix it?
Screen is the part of back cover. if you broke the lens cover, you broke the oled screen too. The new replacement part comes with screen. If your oled screen looks good then you can change the lens cover only but you should separate the lens cover and screen. Also, if you repair it, you will loose the IP68 rating.

Another video on how to remove back glass: You have to heat the back panel , then use a suction cup and prying tool. Or ask the shop to remove the back panel and you can do it on your own.
Did you manage to repair the back camera glass? Xiaomi UK won't repair my phone as it's the global model. I've purchased the replacement glass with the screen but can't find a guide on how to replace it
