Is there anyone out there developing an android 11 rom for this device?
If you are referring to a stock Android 11 one then there will be a version of LineageOS. That's 99.9% guaranteed. But I don't really count those as updates for me as I'd like a OneUI 3, 3.1, etc ROM for a Note9. If I want stock Android why'd I buy a Note right? The S7 had a OneUI 2.0 ROM so it's not impossible, just depends if a developer is willing to work on it. In 2021 there will be a few Android 11 ROMs for the Note9 as it's a really popular device.
PS: Even if there is such a ROM most Note9 exclusive features like the Iris Scanner etc won't work as newer phones simply don't have them. Could be wrong on this one though.
Hi. I need to upgrade an old S5 phone to Android 9 or higher. Not going to use it for anything but some specific task. I wonder if anyone could recommend a lightweight and fast ROM?

To those who have tried Android 13 latest beta on the OnePlus 10 pro, how many of you have found it stable enough to keep it as a daily driver and how many reverted back to Android 12 because of too many bugs ?
I'd really want to try android 11 roms because a don't like android 12/13 layout and I like AOSP android 11 because it looks normal or I want to atleast try the Puck's guide on how to install android 14 dp1 pixel 7 pro port. I have bootloader unlocked and right now I'm downloading firmware. Any help appreciated
