Hi, I have not seen such a thread in the Huawei P8 section and I know the method to read the bootloader code for the older Huawei P8 and P8 Lite devices. This is an option for you if you want to save $$$ in your wallet, because Huawei no longer gives out bootloader codes and third-party companies provide them for $$$.
My device: Huawei P8 Android 6.0
What you need:
- ADB and Fastboot
- Rooted phone with kingroot (I used the KingRoot PC version)
- firmware for your Huawei P8 / P8 Lite device (you will use dload method later)
1. Root your device with Kingroot (I know KingRoot cannot be trusted, but you can only root your device from KingRoot without bootloader unlocked)
2. Open cmd from ADB and Fastboot and enter these commands:

3. Flash your firmware using the dload method (You will remove KingRoot and his all garbages)
4. Go to fastboot mode and unlock the bootloader:
- fastboot oem unlock <bootloader code>
5. Enjoy with unlocked bootloader on your Huawei P8 / P8 Lite device
Steps 3 and 4 can be in the reverse order, it doesn't matter.
If you have Huawei P8, unlocked bootloader and root with magisk, you can check if it will read your bootloader code.

I previously unlocked it successfully on .290 stock kernel using "fastboot.exe -i 0x0fce oem unlock 0xKEY" then I relocked it using flashtool BLU button then I updated the phone software using PC Companion because my xperia didn't boot after relocking..
now I'm on 14.2.A.1.136 without root and I tried to unlock BL as the official way put I failed !!
FAILED (remote: command did not succeed)
and If i tried the command again it says your device already rooted !!
tried also to unlock BL using flashtool but I failed again !!
I'm sure about drivers are installed and working.. I tried two laptops.. tried windows 7 and windows 8.1
I tried to choice the fastmode driver manually by choosing Sony sa0109 adb also failed !!
also tried minimal ADB and Fastboot but nothing works !!
and I tried to flash cwm recovery but I failed
I want to unlock my BL because I want to regain root again and I already lost my TA partition without backup.. and I prefer unlocking method because I don't like to downgrade and flashing kernels to gain root again

So I'm trying to install the twrp recovery on the p7. adb is able to see my phone and I can use all the commands. With fastboot on the other hand I cant flash images on there. I can use the fastboot reboot command but I cant use the fastboot flash command. Also when I try using fastboot devices I get a question mark.

Root the phone again. hw suite uninstall the program and reinstall it.
I had the same thing yesterday.
Bootloader unlocked?
I dont think thats root is the Problem. In fastboot mode, root it doesent metter

Yes, it could be bootloader problem. As I can see you have rom version 126 and AFAIK bootloader was unlocked by default from rom 133.
Before the question comes ...
1. Update Rom to b133 with full Rom and local update or dload method.
2. Check your bootloader and if its unlocked (i think after update it is) flash twrp/cwm.......

Try removing your google account then factory reset.. And see if the option becomes available

Enable USB Debugging in Developer Options then in your PC open adb and type the command
adb enable oem unlocking
I've faced the same problem. This happens when you don't enable OEM Unlocking before you unlock the phone. You need to recover the phone through erecovery (this will delete all your data) and then turn on OEM unlocking, only after then you should unlock your bootloader. Otherwise this is what happens. I have entered various codes that I use but they are not correct and my phone still locked. I can not even find the phone box that says imei to buy a frp code from huawei my wife probably threw it by mistake because the box was empty . I have reed one conversation here in XDA developes and give 2 solutions for that problem
hi, you have 2 option:
1. buy frp code via imei, and reset phone with fastboot command
2. read firmware vendor version with fastboot command: "fastboot oem get-build-number" , download same, higher firmware and flash via sd-card or service box.
The first option i can't use it because i don't have the box and imei numper i want to use the second solution i have read the firmaware vendore version with fastboot command and i have downloaded the firmware but i can' t flash via sd card or usb stick whith typeC antaptor please help me how to flash firmaware via sd card or servise box i need the steps to open my phone PLEASE HELP ME!!

This MAGISK Patched Boot image is only for 'evergo' roms Version 'MIUI_13.0.1.0(SGBINXM)', (V13.0.6.0.SGBINXM).

Step 1
Extract Platform-tools and paste patched boot image which is "magiskPached13.0.1.0SGBINXM.img"
Step 2
type cmd in the explorers search bar and enter.
And now just enter the command as follow

Time to reboot paste this command:

Now just launch the magisk app and follow as magisk says.
