Curious how other pre-orders from Best Buy are doing. I ordered a black 32 gig S6 Edge on April 1st, with an estimated shipping date of April 17th. Got an email this morning saying the new shipping date is April 22nd. The wireless charger shipped out today.
Screw Best Buy! I originally had mine pre-ordered till I found out that they're charging $150 more if you wish to just buy out the phone. Got a refund on my pre-order, and took my money to Verizon, and picked up my phone this morning.
Preordered mine on the 1st and walked in today 30 mins after the store opened and picked it up.

Yup. Especially after that 100~200 dollar phone trade-in thing, it's hard to justify a purchase elsewhere. Also, I have no idea how phone activation is handled at a Best Buy, haha.
Ordered mine on 4/3 from bestbuy, 64gb black verizon. Picked it up today, bought it off contract and price matched it to Verizon at $799 and still got the free charging pad!
I got a 64gb black at 3pm from my local best buy with no preorder. They still had a few left in fact (both black and white), and a ton of 32gb ones.
In which best buy store ? Which location ?

Pre-ordered back on the first day they were even taking them, I think the 27th, and picked mine up today with the free wireless charger. I got the 64GB Black Edge on Verizon. No scratches or problems that I know of.
Kind of bummed though, because I just came across this post here http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s6-edge/general/moto-360-best-buy-preorder-t3078614 and had no idea they were doing that. Hoping I can go back in tomorrow and see if I can get the moto 360 for that price.
EDIT: Went back into Best Buy the very next day and they were able to give me the Moto 360 for the $80 price. I'm now a proud owner for a Moto 360, Black Edge 64, and wireless charger!!!
I just ordered the 6gb 64gb ram version from Oneplus and it came in yesterday. The manufacture date is 6/10 which is before the phone even launched! On past OnePlus devices there would only be around a 2 week turnaround time from manufacturing to arriving at my house. This suggests they aren't really selling many of these phones.
I just got mine this Friday, the Date says 6/22.

Which country? I'm in the US and mine shipped from California. Even 6/22 indicates they are selling poorly and just sitting in a warehouse. I've bought alot of OnePlus devices and the turnaround time from factory to my door has always been 2-3 weeks or less. Over 2 months indicates poor sales.

What proof do you have of this? It was brand new and sealed.

I ordered one also on launch day and it was also 6/10. Returned that due to jelly, and bought another one thinking it might be less on a newer device produced in August, but got this one again made before launch lol. OnePlus not even selling through their original stock is a bad look for them. Poor sales also means they will abandon it early like the OnePlus 2 and x.

Doubtful. They have always said logistically it doesn't make sense to do that. They manufacture in smaller batches and then increase production or decrease based on demand.
Probably just not rotating the stock. Just piled new stock on top of old stock and they are just now getting to the stuff underneath the new stock.
Bought mine while I was in China, ordered 8/1, received 8/2. Manufactured on 7/26. 8/128 version slate gray version.
I think I read somewhere the 8/128 exceeded demand.
Interesting maybe just no demand for the 6gb version . Can anyone else chime in with their 8gb order dates? I couldn't justify the cost difference.
I don't see how this phone can have disappointing sales numbers. Every review online including YouTube gushes about how awesome this phone is. This is my 1st phone from OnePlus and I have to agree.

This is likely the reason, the price difference is negligible for the increase that you get. It's more sense to go 8/128
I believe the 8/128GB variant sold a lot better.
By the way, where can I see the manufacturing date?
Edit: Found it. July 14th and ordered it around the 10th of August.
I believe the reason for this gap is the jelly effect.
Many people returned their phones and OnePlus simply re-sealed the boxes and sold them again to somebody else.

OnePlus 5: 8/128 Date: 2017.08.14 ordered Aug 29th and arrived Sept 2nd. Mine came from California.
I just RMA'd my 6GB/64GB OP5, lets see the date on the new one.

What is unusual is, when I look at Shipment Details for the Case it gives it's weight as 13 pounds, much more than a case would weigh - but it could be the weight of a package that has the case, the S21 Ultra, the Buds Pro, and the box that holds them all....at least that is what I am hoping.... I guess I will find out Thursday....

Well, that kind of blows my theory - no way it would way that much. I will still hope it comes early -but it probably will be as they said originally - I am really looking forward to getting it.
I ordered brown ultra unlocked and it says ship date is February 16th. I guess I should’ve ordered black cuz almost 30 days is a long time to wait.

Hopefully that is a error. I don't think there will be a shortage unless it's because of the color

Same thing happened with my custom hinge color fold2. It came earlier than expected but later than none custom hinge colors.
Preordered the Violet and the buds: can no longer cancel and says in process.

Not true: my Violet order is in process ( can’t cancel) and will be delivered no later than 1/27 which is 2 weeks from date of order.
I had ordered the S21 ultra 512gb Black, with the active 2 44mm watch, trading in my s20 ultra, ship date is 27th!
Trading in an old Exynos Galaxy S8+ to T-Mobile for a 128GB S21 Ultra in black. $400 is great, but not when you consider that Samsung gives $250 for the same phone and another $200 ($250 with a promo code) in credit for accessories. So I left $100 on the table in exchange for financing that doesn't require another credit check.
The Samsung deal is better, but only when you actually use all the credit. The only accessory I would want is the Galaxy Buds Pro, which I can likely find dirt cheap in a month or two. I've got loads of wireless chargers, USB C bricks, etc. so it does me no good. The Samsung deal is absurd for those looking to upgrade or get into the ecosystem.
This'll be my secondary phone for my business, I stepped away from Android a few months ago and am very happy to be on an iPhone, but since I could use a second phone for my business and I don't want to pay for YouTube Premium (Vanced ftw) - I'll rock the S21 Ultra for a while. Lovely to see you folks and hope to share some fun themes, mods, and goodies for the S21U!

Been looking for a few days for a decent contract offer and ended up ordering from CPW, S21 Ultra 256gb £43/month 100gb data with the usual buds pro and smart tag offer, S10 trade in to cover upfront payment (most of it)
Any upgrade offers from Voda were garbage in comparison to the new contract deal so will be doing the PAC shuffle in a couple of months to get my years old Voda number on to my new Voda contract.
Samsung direct with student discount and trade in old phone, I can get Ultra 256 for £790. Just hovering over the "purchase" button.
Samsung UK Direct and they force you to pick a delivery slot via DPD on the 29th Jan. Interestingly though Three UK show delivery as 26th Jan and indicators from people in the US are that people have tracking info already and are expecting delivery 26/27th Jan. Will be super miffed if Samsung Direct ship after Three UK!
I noticed on my order it says delivery BY 29th Jan, confirmation email states "current expected delivery date 29th", and follow up email states "Once stock has arrived at warehouse, orders will be dispatched asap"

Yeah it says BY the 29th on Samsung, but then proceeds to make you chose the 29th as your actual delivery date with DPD. So even if it is available on the 26th, my delivery slot is the 29th.... maybe I'm missing something!
Ordered directly from Samsung as soon as the upgrade link became available, and it's saying 4 to 5 weeks because I chose the brown one rather than black or white. I'm guessing it'll still ship for the 29th however. At least, I hope so

Wow that would be amazing, no change for mine this morning, same S21 Ultra Silver Samsung UK. When you ordered did it make you pick the 29th on the delivery section (DPD slot)?.
It did make me pick 29th. And this morning there is no active delivery. Strange one.
Are dpd gonna hold onto it till the 29th? It's deffo getting lost then

Nah, DPD are good at not losing things thankfully. They're about the only courier I trust as they've never let me down.

Same here, bought on the 16th. I opted for the 256gb Ultra model.
Ordered mine from Samsung Ireland in the 15th , still saying it's being processed
Ordered my 256gb Ultra with Three during lunch. Staying with unlimited data ect for £79 a month (first 6 half price) Contract wasn't up for renewal till April but they only charged £90 for the early cancellation so see that as a result. Currently a £170 extra trade in deal right now too so, selling the buds on top not bad to say the least.
Read people are having Klarna/finance declined so saves that hassle of going through Samsung direct.
They told me it would arrive by Tuesday at the latest.

Worth checking the non-student price - you get a better trade in value (£350 Vs £210 for an S10+) so it was actually slightly cheaper for me

Yeah, I checked. They gave me a better price for the 8pro but it was still £10 more expensive. Maybe there's a bottom limit they'll sell it for.
Ordered mine from Samsung for delivery on the 29th. The status is on 'Preparing Dispatch'. Samsung have always been reliable in the past.

Silver 512Gb from Amazon, delivery stated as due on the 30th. Had over £900 in Amazon vouchers, or would have gone direct from Samsung for huge trade-in on aging but serviceable 256Gb S9+. Instead that's probably going on eBay, with loads of extras.

Yes, I noticed that 2 colors (black and white) and 128GB models were immediate, and others had some sort of delay.

yeah i initially went with a black unlocked 512 and it was expected by feb 9th but switched to a black unlocked 256 and says will be here by jan 29th
My order status went to in process and I can not cancel it anymore. The date is still the 29th though.

On Thailand Samsung page, it shows that special color will took 4-5 extra weeks as well. So, I guess your date is about right.
My S21 Ultra in black 512 ordered unlocked at Samsung also went to "in process" but the delivery date hasn't changed from 1-29.
I ordered from Samsung.com and ordered the unlocked S21 ultra 512gb black and still shows delivery for 29th.
I pre-ordered on Jan19 when the At&t 256gb S21 ultra black went available on samsung,com, its on backorder now and my estimated delivery date is Feb 23. Will ship week of Feb.19.
I ordered the day after per-orders open and my cancel button is gone in my order page on samsung.com, and now just says processing, I went and checked my FedEx delivery manager and there is label created today and looks like delivery date is the 27th, but website says 29th delivery, so will see monday if it gets picked up, if it does....then it should be delivered wed the 27th, I ordered the s21 ultra 512gb black with the galaxy active 2 44mm watch.
No update on my order status. No cancel option for days but I do have a 3 lb shipping label in FedEx Delivery Manager. Unlocked S21 Ultra 256GB Phantom Black.
512gb black expected delivery the 27th as well as most of my accessories.
My 128GB black was picked up this morning and should be delivered on the 27th.
My 256GB black S21U was also picked up this morning according to FedEx, with delivery due the 27th. But strangely order status on Samsung's site just says "in process", so I don't know if the accessories are in the same package.
Where are you seeing the items were picked up, on the Samsung site, did you get an email or Fed X manager?

my s21 ultra 512gb and smart watch active 2 44mm was picked up at 6:00 am this morning in fort worth TX for delivery on the 27th.
