A huge forum group like this one needs rules.
I have only one comment to make with regards to Point 4: I think the problem is not a straight comparison of features. The problems as described are caused by subjective and sometimes emotional recommendations, for example based own ownership, or friendship.

I don't think we need comments/discussions on rules/guidelines. If you have suggestions for improving those rules/guidelines, just let us know via PM

As I'm a new member, I'm not allowed to ask this question over there:
What am I to do if I want to see the name of my carrier/operator on the left side of the status bar? There are quite a few how-tos for other mods and mobile phones, so I'm not sure which one to use.

Yeah, it's pretty ridiculous some requirements to make a post, post links or images.
