Very good rom, but there are two problems:
- ANX Camera works just partly (Pro, Video, More). The same problem exists in PE and PalladiumOS;
- there is no possibility to add fingerprint; fingerprint sensor doesn't appear during process of adding fingerprint.

Does this rom have the latest version of the smartbar

Yes, I had the same problem with battery and ANX Camera worked just partly, as well. The rest is excellent. I hope that it will be fixed, because I like this rom.

.

ANX Camera still doesn't work on V2.0-R Stout

it has an excellent battery life, the best I've tried so far, as a camera I use PXv8.1_GCam-v1.2 which I find exceptional, I hope it becomes official. Good job

谢谢非常的棒

Thank you very good

Hello, is there a way to go back to the simple icon display in the status bar?
But in general a really great ROM!

I have tested most of the newest roms and KangOS is my favourite. It's very good with really great customizations and ANX Camera works now with ANXCameraPatch. Thank you very much.

Anyone here know what?
There must be a setting option whether you want the app symbols or the "simple icons"?!

It is nice to read the positive reviews about this ROM.. also about the camera, which is very important to me too.
So I haven't tried a non-MIUI Rom on my Mi9 yet.. lately relying on xiaomi.eu - and the beta ROMs are great.
What I want to ask, should I try this ROM out, what is the case going back to MIUI ROMs with regards to Widevine? Is L1 lost?
And anything else I need to consider that is irreversible after making the jump to AOSP?
Thanks

@RealNBB
Don't flash 48MPFix. It's not needed and not recomended. The fix is included in the patch.
I haven't found an option for "simple icons", but I like default icons, so it's not big deal for me.

You can easily go back to xiaomi.eu. I jump from it to custom roms and back without any problems. Just make full backup with TWRP. Additionally make backup of persist.img just in a case. If it's destroyed you will loose L1. So, it's good to have copy of the image. You can also easily move all your apps, contacts and messages with Migrate. I use it all the time and I can recomend it.
[APP][ROOT][5.0+][1st Nov 2020] Migrate - custom ROM migration tool
Jumping from one custom ROM to another can be a challenging task. So I decided to make an app to simplify the process. Introducing Migrate! Migrate-GPE (v4.0) is on Google Play It was temporarily suspended. Read more here...

Cool and many thanks! Then I'm surely going to be trying this when I have a bit of time

Hello, i am A500FU owner and after testing a lot of roms for this phone i can say that this is alrdy the best version of rom ever shared for us customers. (personal me) started on lollipop, progress throught marshmellow and nougat, ported to pie and updated to Quiche, now from LOS,AOSP, Havoc & Arrow OS is the Arrow your best choise to do! Simple, smart, fast, stable, safety and lovely one! RAM usage at stock is 0,8gb so 1,2gb free ram!!, internet speed Up/Dn is much better, ping is lower one a little (idk how) than on others ROMs, battery is pretending like new one after 1th boot, charging is really fast, much much usable customizations for daily use, no waste items found alrdy, stock camera finally on higher level a lot! Btw total size of rom is only 1,281mb Thank you so much, i will report other experiences and impressions here later.
PS: I use BitGapps & Magisk via TWRP 3.3.0-0
PSS: sorry for spelling hope u can read this. have a nice day.
Thank you!

Use Bitgapps for ARM (not arm64). You can find links in the Havoc thread...
Installed this new rom with Bitgapps (no Magisk) and all seems to works great (I use my A5 without SIM, only as a player).
while charging, music play in background screen off - when i unlock sometimes touching not respond and i must to force off, please can u extend the kernel for more features like fast charge input level, smart pixels, disable hw keys icon to notifications for better gaming experience, maybe live display or better audio compatibility abilities please ? currently using Narsil with Dirac , glad to make xtrememusic work on this rom properly in future.... good job m8

• Mobile Data Fixed
• Added Double Tap to wake support
• Fixed NFC
• Other fixes and improvements

What are the main differences between this one and Havoc?
They are both maintained by the same person and now released simultaneously. It seems they also have the same bugs.
Between the two, do you think there is one better than the other?
Is it possible to fix the echi in calls someday ?? Otherwise great work

You ? rom have support for A500H ????
The rom is nice but i am having troubles with the echos in the call. Is there a way to fix this? Or can the developer of ArrowOS release a patch / update fixing the echos in the calls?

Great ROM, Everything is working alright. I found one issue though. When screen is ON, and if i tap the FP sensor, there are some ghost touches, mostly on the top left corner.

Not happening on my device. Also ghosting happens either because of bad firmware or hardware issue. Nothing ROM can help.

We are very excited to announce the release of Paranoid Android Quartz, based on Android 10.
On the first launch, you’ll notice a clean setup with a beautiful wallpaper from Hampus Olsson, who teamed up with us again to create several beautiful pieces of artwork. Hampus is a multi-disciplinary artist whose design stands for itself and we’re glad to have him onboard. We also added further UI touches that we believe enhance the overall user experience. You can find all of the Paranoid Android wallpapers and many more in the Abstruct app, included in our builds.
Our builds are based on the Code Aurora Forum Android base, which is optimized for Qualcomm platforms and has a higher degree of performance, battery life, and functionality compared to the Android Open Source Project platform. The Paranoid Android team and contributors are focusing on squashing existing bugs, and implementing and improving features, performance, and stability. We are dedicated to providing a user experience with the stability that you can expect from stock ROMs with best-in-class performance and features to help you get the most out of your device.

Hi Dev, my phone stuck on the bootloop at the beginning. Solved by re flashing again and again. However I cannot find the option to change back button position from right to left. Do I miss something?
Will there be a version of this ROM without gapps?
is there an option to switch the back and recent button?
is magisk working with this?

No, that's not planned.
I'm going to flash this either way, but i was wondering how is the battery life compared to stock?
Cause on LOS17.1 "unofficial" i could get easily up to 10-12 hours sot, on the official port it was the same as stock 7-8 hours sot.
I'm wondering if it's any better or just the same.
Great work btw ^_^
Not booting at all
is there a way to remove lockscreen shortcuts? the voice assist and cam shortcut.
also how to turn off notif light when charging

After flashing the rom the battery life is good enough, it is very smooth and stable, but my only "problem" is the lack of universal equalizer settings and the lack of screen recording *with* system audio. (btw any advice on what to do about my issues would be helpful, thanks in advance ). Other than that, this is an amazing rom !!! :good:

Didn't found any bugs yet.
Magisk and g cam works perfectly.

There is no customisation in the settings. It's just a bland Rom. Other than that it's just an another good Rom.
Hello everyone, I honestly can't install this rom. I currently have miui.eu, so I formatted the phone and installed the global miui 11.3, and only then I installed this rom, but the phone is always doing a bootloop. Someone with installation tutorial?

Pru dev ! Good job
Nice job!
First of all, many thanks for your work. The first thing I noticed after the installation was the camera application does not start. Cleaning app data doesn't help. Does anyone have any idea ?? I also tried GCAM but without success.

dEX WOrKS In tHIs rOM?
Just installed this rom.. it looks amazing and feels smooth. thank you!
This is great! You might wanna try and get this to be a "community build" from the ArrowOS team just so that [UNOFFICIAL] tag doesn't scare people off
(I know it makes me at least a bit nervous when deciding whether to install it)

Mine showing as L1 , still didn't use Netflix so I don't know if fhd will work or not. Just make sure to use unmodified stock vendor

You need to be on stock rom (android 10) , use newer twrp > format data > wipe system,data, cache , flash ROM.
Community builds are live
About "community" builds , these are official builds hosted on arrowos servers they only miss OTA updater. After a while these builds will become "official" with the updater.
There are two variants for each device a Vanilla (no gapps) and Gapps.
Nikkgapps is no longer recommend, if you are one my previous build and flashed nikkgapps , DON'T UPDATE until you do the following
* First Backup your data
* Wipe system
* Flash your current build of the ROM
* Flash open gapps
* Reboot
* If everything is okay , dirty flash rom update. Otherwise clean flash.
Opengapps is recommended one for vanilla builds
Gapps builds should be cleaned flashed to avoid any issues only for the first time , later on you can dirty flash.
If you are coming from another ROM always clean flash.
Pretty good rom, latest AOSP Base, but it have critical bug for me, when I'm switching off the device the Android OS Not Sending Power Off Signal…
I programmed some actions with Tasker on device power off and it not working.
And it can possible lead to some data lost.
Thanks for the great ROM!
The best custom rom android 11

Hmm , I never used tasker before so I don't know how it work . My best advice is to try it on los18 to see if it is a rom side issue or device tree one.

Regarding ROM updates :
* Community Builds will receive 2-3 updates weekly.
* You don't have to update every time , update whenever you want.
* Any update can be be dirty flashed , no need to flash every update.
* Community builds will become official after some time and will have OTA support
* Check the download link for latest version https://arrowos.net/download

Since I'm here, thanks for the good work king1990, after the initial setup I completely forgot that I'm using a custom ROM since February, which means everything works perfectly!
Thanks a lot for this ROM, which works perfect on my starlte! Because I don't want the full gapps package, I used NikGapps-core to only install the base essentials (play store and play services), and it works OK so far.
I do have a question though: I cannot find the options to enable the "night mode" (redshift the display in the evenings). I was assuming it's a base AOSP feature, but is it LineageOS specific?
