Does anyone find a way to disable/turn off the most left screen. I've search internet and other forums. And there are some ways, but looks like they are all for previous ColorOS versions (not 11). I've tried the following commands:

adb shell pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.coloros.assistantscreen // such application even doesn't installed
adb shell pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.coloros.lockassistant // error while deleting
adb shell pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.coloros.floatassistant // deleted successfully, but it is not for Google Feed :-)
Please, help if you know.
This is a google package so i think you should look for something beginning with google. . You can list all installed packages :

and if you want to list Google packages :

Just in case if you found the correct package, if i was you i will probably disable it in place of uninstall.
For me on Oppo Find X3 Lite (aka Reno5) , i've disable Google Discover like that :

I have a 3gb/ ram and 32gb/rom tablet, some of you may have lower specs 2/32 , or even 1/16 in many models.
With this script you can gain a bit of extra performance, because you'll have less apps using the ungenerous ram that comes with the device.
Instructions:
1) Install the device's drivers and enable usb debugging on your tablet.
2) Download the file and extract it.
3) Connect your tablet to the pc and open a cmd window and type adb shell.
4) You'll see a message on your tablet, just tap to allow the connection.
5) Now, run the bat file and wait, sometimes you need run it again.
If you open the .txt file, you'll see all the apps that are going to be disable and uninstalled, if you want to keep an app, just add a "#" at the start of the command and it well be skipped.

Hey Im planning to use a debloat script as well! I've seen in the txt it removes the camera (useful to me) and swiftkey keyboard (isn't that dangerous if not having other keyboards?).

Hi!
I'm having a proble with the Windows shell command. If you run "abd shell" in cmd, it just says
'abd' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
What am I doing wrong?

I just had the tab connected via HiSuite. Can't seem to install the driver you mentioned. No installer and Windows won't let me install via Device Manager, not that I know which file I should choose anyway...
A few weeks ago I debloated my MediaPad T5 using the script, adapted it to my needs before, and I am very happy with it
It made the tablet faster, fresher and more battery friendly.

First, I used an ADB command to list all the packages, copied the list, compared it to the packages in the script, and copy/pasted it.
Be careful, if you remove too much, the tablet will not boot and you will have to reinstall the operating system via eRecovery.

DO NOT INSTALL OTA UPDATE ON A DEBLOATED PHONE. YOU WILL FACE BOOT LOOPS.
RE-INSTALL / RE-ENABLE BLOATWARE APPS, RESTART PHONE AND THEN INSTALL OTA UPDATE.
This method should not delete your phone data, however always take full backup of your phone for safety.
This method uninstalls/disables the apps for user 0. It does not physically remove the apps from your system partition.
Requirements:
Your phone
A computer with Windows/Linux/MacOS
Enable "Use USB to : File Transfer" from notification menu after connecting your phone to PC, else ADB will not work.

Remove hot apps and hot games
After the newest update of Jul, I have got two new icons/folder that tries to list entries from app market. Any way to remove those?
I might have remove those before using the mentioned approach but dont remember which packages were they.

Those are launcher activities from App Market App. Open App Market > Settings > Hot Games/Apps > Disable. It should now be hidden inside your stock launcher. They might re-appear again. Best way is to use a custom launcher and hide Hot App/Games permanently.

Yes, you can remove but be aware before removing any essential package required for proper device functioning.

Technically its safe to remove all packages, I tested it personally and my phone was able to boot. If you dont need a particular app or functionality, you can safely remove that package.
the app security check drove me crazy, thanks for adding it!
too bad still now way to remove App Market. Can disable everything from the settings within the app and disable permissions

yes you can use it on Realme 6 Pro too. I would recommend manual method instead.

make sure you have
installed adb drivers properly
added adb directory to system PATH variable
device gets detected in adb
set USB mode to file transfer
pasted the .bat file inside adb directory
if running bat file fails, go for manual method.
Removing com.coloros.encryption breaks the stock launcher.
Also trying to remove com.coloros.lockassistant returns "Failure [DELETE_FAILED_INTERNAL_ERROR]".
Everything else works fine :good:
Dont remove com.coloros.safecenter ! It breaks "display over other apps" permission!

a quick search reveals nothing for "bloat" or "debloat" on these forums - I was wondering if there was a way of debloating the A71. (without rooting / flashing a new OS)
I'm coming from a Xiaomi Mi9tpro where there is an easy way of debloating via a PC app - available on the Mi.com website..

Please be pretty careful with this.
I kind of "briked" mine. Make sure to actually have an actual backup of your total system, when you do this.
and restart after every uninstal, so you can reinstall, if it doesn't boot up back into android / miui

But there is an information that you have to deactivate certain functions in MIUI or on your Xiaomi device first. If you do not do that, it could be that the phone doesn't start anymore.
Thank you both for your replies. I went ahead and got one of the xiaomi.eu roms and then ran the debloat script by @_MartyMan_ which worked super well! I do have one other question if anyone can help me. I read somewhere about a zip that is flashable through twrp which runs before startup that blocks all apps from calling home. I'm not sure where I saw it but i would be interested to learn more about it.

You probably thought about the following one. Working from TWRP, debloating but by permanently removing apps, and optimizing kernel. AFAIK, last time officially updated for MIUI 11:

This is an exploratory project whose goal is to de-google and secure an inexpensive prepaid phone for use with Signal and Jabber. The path for this project is in the modification of default packages that can be accessed through adb shell. I want to modify this inexpensive prepaid phone from AT&T because I can put any AT&T sim card into it and it works. This is a second device I use to hard sandbox secure communications so there is close to zero identity metadata available to those who wish to exploit it.
I cannot unlock the boot loader through the standard means (Motorola OEM Unlock code device not eligible).
What I can do is experiment with removing or modifying the packages in the package manager until I find a way to isolate and subvert google and friends attempts to collect user data.
in the end I hope to have a script that can be run by ordinary people to allow them to convert an inexpensive burner phone into a secure parallel "identity zero" device.
I'm also interested in disabling or subverting gps location data, & disabling emergency calling features. I'm hoping to be able to pop in a sim card if I need to but its primarily for WiFi comms through a VPN tunnel & Onion.

First things first, I created a full package list from a new phone that just updated to Android 10. It has never been signed into all primary settings on initial boot have been skipped (email, pass codes etc.)
I avoided agreeing to anything.
Device in developer mode/USB debugging enabled. Oem unlock switch works but the unlock code for motorola is not illegible.
Phase One: Create a baseline reference.

There were new apps on the phone that were not on the phone the night before.
So being annoyed, I went crazy and deleted a bunch of things I shouldn't have.
The phone was fine until I accidentally rebooted while setting it into a tripod phone clamp (clamped the side buttons)
It could not boot up and read from the recovery menu that -data was corrupted and offered to revert/wipe factory reset.
Also very interesting, I had a pin and a bio metric lock, and when it wiped there was no longer any lock.
