You can check if your manufacturer provide OTA update in settings then system update.
If not then you can go for custom roms like CyanogenMod or others.
Go to below link and download rom you want.
CyanogenMod 14 also available for your android which based on android Nougat.

I have flashed version "FW-084-X00TD-WW-16.2017.2007.084.zip" before upgrading to Lineage 16 and now I want to try some Lineage 15.1 ROMs: do I have to flash some previous build of this firmware before flashing this downgrade rom ?
