[share] [universal] dolby digital plus for Android pie 9.0 based roms

First of all its not my work all credits goes to @A.R.I.S.E. Sound Systems. @heindrix for dolby digital magisk module.
As we knows that dolby atmos is not working from. Long time on pie roms but this is working from oreo to pie any rom any device.

Requirements :
1)Rooted
2)magisk installed any version
Process:
Download module
Install module via magisk app
U can also install twrp version but magisk is recomanded

If same oreo package is supported in pie why should you start a new thread, people can directly use the one from Oreo thread itself.

Oreo version is not supported for pie roms. But yhis pie suppoting version is working on oreo too.
Oreo version is already available but pie support not there it is available just now. I never create useless threads friend.

It's not Dolby Atmos , it's Dolby Digital Plus.

What ever it may be but its doubly product ?

crashes on startup. using Oneplus 3t android pie havic os.

I'm running LOS 16 Android 9. I installed TWRP. The sound from speakers is amazing. No DDP crashes. Phone calls are forced to speaker phone. Bluetooth is connected for music streaming, Bluetooth control works on BT device. The sound still comes out of the phone speakers. Any suggestions?

I am on Zenfone Max Pro M1 with Pixel Experiance CAF OS.
Not rooted and not installed magisk.
Can i flash above zips via TWRP ?
Will i need to flash NXP first befor dolby digital plus ?

Installed Successfully and App launches smoothly..
Did ADB Sideload the (Magisk Module) [Oreo-Pie]Dolby_Digital_Plus_v.6.4-[UNiTY][Light]_by_repey6-20190512 using TWRP.
Runs with POSP Pie-Aug-Security Patch on One Plus One
Yet to check the output difference with and without DDP.

Same here n phone calls are still forced to speaker after uninstalling

I'm getting crashes every time I open up the app. On cRDroid 5.5 right now.

Any rom with working V4A ?

All custom roms I've tried (Havoc 2.8, Cr Droid, Pixel Exp) have a problem with V4A bugging the ringing sounds. Fixing it with notification helper remover magisk mod just removes the bluetooth audio. I have the k20 pro indian varient. Any custom rom that does not have this issue or any fix that will not bug the bluetooth audio ?

Oxygen OS Viper4Android FX Legacy not working

Recently I found this bug in oxygen os for redmi k20 pro.I installed the module from magisk and it works fine with youtube and other apps,but it is not working whenever i play pubg.WTF.

It's probably because OOS uses custom kernel, which just doesn't support this type of app in audio mods.

Best custom roms for samsumg galaxy a5 sm-a520f tested (to the max with tons of root apps)

=lineage os 17.1 nightly with magisk , viper 4 android 2.7 and 2.5 material tested isu an supersu for selinux permissive mode

- livedisplay /-location/-wifi /-4g: livedisplay causes random reboots but is known
- random reboots
- camera started to stop sometimes
- viper 4 android 2.7 has problems switching between audio outputs
> no fm radio working mutlible tries: zips, apk and magisk modules
- magisk safetynet seems to set itself back to false with mutlible solutions tried

What about oneui ?

Not so many test!
I tried HADES ROM one ui 1, the best. A lot of goodies, but Eol.
Tried as well korea Rom android 9 one ui 1, it's updated up to date.
Tried evolution (pixel type), well i use samsung for so long that not so fan of aosp/pixel kind of ROMs.

Question Audio coming out of only one speaker

I have this problem where the audio will only come out of one speaker (the bottom speaker) and I have to kill the app and open it again or enable/disable Dolby Atmos/MIUI sound enhancer and so on. It happens with all the custom ROMs I've used. What could be the problem? How to fix it?

Not sure Dolby Atmos is installed with all custom ROMs, as it is not installed in my RN11 spes. I am running crDroid 9.2, which requires the MIUI firmware, and both speakers work.

It happens with ROMs that have MIUI sound enhancer or Dolby Atmos, I had crDroid before and had that problem

Same for LOS20 on RN10P, with MIUI firmware; no Dolby Atmos or MIUI Sound Enhancer. Which ROM are you using?

Currently VoltageOS, it happens regardless of whether I have Dolby Atmos or MIUI Sound Enhancer on or off
