What method of root did you use? Was it Magisk? Also have you got custom recovery such as twrp? If you have twrp and Magisk as root method you can flash Magisk Uninstaller zip to remove root
yes magisk and twrp. so if i use the uninstaller the root will also remove ?

You need to unlock it first and then backup the seccfg partition.
And then, you can unlock again without PC, using TWRP, SHRP or any other recovery project.
