Uhm didn't you delete partitions using fastboot? Well, just format data and reboot to recovery and flash miui eu rom, everything should be fine ig.

Just flash the new version. If there aren't that many changes you should get no problems if you won't delete user data

Use windows_fastboot_update_rom.bat.
i have TWRP installed,but when I try to format or install anything, this common error shows up, Does any one knows whats going on

Flash Stock rom again, then install custom rom again and you should probably not see this error.
