Hi all.
I am using Asus rog 2 Model number : ZS660 KL. When i try to root mobile i got failed and bricked. So i seen a blog and fixed . Its working fine Android 9 and i want to update to Android 10 . But when i download file UL-ASUS_I001_1-ASUS-17.0230.2004.60-1.1.162-user from ASUS website and update manually it says update failed. how to update to Android 10?

The guide seems overly complicated...
You just need to place the firmware zip file in the root directory of your phone. Sometimes, the phone will detect it immediately but if not, just restart and you should see a popup dialogue box at the bottom asking you if you want to update.
If above is what you did and it said update failed, I would recommend re-downloading the firmware from Asus website, again. Then, try to update, again. Sometimes the downloading process goes bad and since Asus does not provide MD5 checksum, you cannot check. This is what happened to me once...after re-downloading the firmware, the update process went fine.
please help me.i have realme x2 pro chinese rom and i was on realme ui 2.0 but i wanted to try a custom rom but the phone bricked while flashing custom recovery and now the phone does not boot and there is a message saying the current image (boot/recovery) have been destroyed please i can not find the ofp file can any one help me

Friend I have the same problem as yours. I've tried everything else I can't relive my realme x2 pro china. Have you managed to revive your device?
Please I need help. My REALME X2 PRO CHINA VERSION STOPPED. I was on Android 10 and I upgraded to Android 11, so that's fine. Then I invented to give a Hard Reset on Android 11 out of nowhere the device stopped. The ERROR that shows is: The current image (boot / recovery) have been destroyed and can not boot. Please flash the correct image.

dear realme, please give us a solution, i have realme x2 pro global version but now its completely briked after realme ui 2.0 update. my recovery is completely white and no custom recovery seem to work. please help, i have no phone

This happen to me and the solution for me after trying everything was to contact gsm mafia.
I had to pay in advance, and give them access to my laptop. Things that I would never have done in the past .
Realme X2 Pro RMX1931 Flash File (Stock Rom) GSMMAFIA
RMX1931EX flash file . this file can fix hang on logo and bricked situation of the phone. you can also remove all screen lock of the phone by flashing file

I had a problem much like yours. I have flash a rom for my part which was not compatible with my phone while at the beginning I think the opposite is my phone it is put with a black screen impossible to start it neither in fastboot nor in recovery the phone remains block an edl mode because they can't start a no mode

Maybe, you can restore a nv backup from another rn10pro. After, you write your imei

Success is disgusted by some people, and will not share any files for free in the future.

The update via the settings does not work, no update is found. So I downloaded the latest firmware from Asus and saved it in the internal memory. After restarting the phone I get a message that a system update is available, but it ends in an error message. I have tried the same with the previous firmware versions, but without success.
I would be very happy if someone has a solution to this problem.
