I think OnePlus uses proprietary charging tech. If it's qi certified it will charge the S21U. If not, it won't.
Did you check if your charge supports Qi wireless standard?

Charging pause can be many issue: not compatible charger, too thick case, phone too hot, not in correct position. My cheap 6$ charger charge phone just fine but the current move in a cycle from 1000 to 1600mah.

In that case, it should charge the phone at upto 10 Watts. Probable reasons why it stops charging could be high temperature, or a very thick case, or misaligned charging coils. I can't think of anything else that would prevent a Qi certified charger from transferring power to a Qi enabled phone... Have you had a look at the OnePlus forums regarding similar charger issues others might have had?

The trio is usually Out of Stock in the indian Samsung online store.
There is a 15 Watt wireless fast charger also which is a little faster, but the fan makes it pretty noisy (go through amazon reviews). And it's always out of stock.
The Trio would be nice to have if it was in stock. You can charge two devices and a Galaxy watch.
Personally, I'd get the Duo (if you have a galaxy watch too) or just the single charging pad from Sasmsung for headache free charging.
Get the convertible one (first link you shared) if you like to view your phone screen while it's wirelessly charging.
All of them charge at the same rate (9W max) except the 15W charger stand with fan.
Personally I'm using the Spigen Steadiboost flex 15W Wireless charger. Supports fast wireless charging (max 10W for Samsung)
Bought it when all Samsung wireless chargers were out of stock...

Try clearing the system cache on the boot menu.
Try a hard reboot.
Does it charge with the phone powered off?
Does it charge in Safe mode?
Does it fast charge normally?
Try another wireless charger...

I finally bought a mi mix 2s and now I wonder which wireless charger I should use with it. In the datasheet it says it supports 7.5W wireless charging. https://www.gearbest.com/chargers-cables/pp_1382334.html would this one be a good decision since it says 10W?

No issues with the Anker 10W pad. I like that it lights up for a bit when you lay the phone down but then goes dark to be unobtrusive.

Every wireless charger that supports Qi standard up to 10 W max output will work with our phones..
I have different ones around here, from very cheap to the latest, all different brands all work fine. The cheap one since it's not a Quick Charge does take longer to charge the battery full but that's expected.

Question Can we charge S21U with 40W chargers?

Hi to all,
Can we charge S21U with 40W chargers? They are a lot chargers like Huawei, Xiaomi and etc... with 40W and more.
I believe the answer is yes - or at least probably. Most of those newer chargers are "Smart" in that they only provide the volts and amps that are needed by the device being charged. I may be wrong about that, but I don't think so - I don't think you have anything to worry about.

Pretty sure you can, I use a 45 watt "smart" charger on my NOTE 20 Ultra without any issue.
You can use any charger that supports PD (power delivery), AFC or QC2.0
Any 45 watt USBC charger out there is going to be PD standard so you'll be fine.
The downside is, it'll still only charge at 25 watts.
I am charging my s21U with an 40w charger, works without problem. not using 40 watts of course, but its working.
The phone, all phones in fact, will ONLY charge at it's highest speed the phone allows itself to receive, the charger doesn't matter, it can be lower or higher than what the device is recommended for. A lower power charger will just take longer to charge the phone, a higher power charger will just not charge at it's full power if the phone won't accept the full power from the charger.
I've been using the 90w charger from my HP Spectre X360 my S20 Ultra since I got it without a single issue, I still get about 2 days of use per charge on that thing, and now I've been using the same laptop charger on the S21 Ultra and it works just fine.
The phone fast charges normally, doesn't get super hot, works just fine, and I only need to keep laptop chargers around the house, it's great haha
I have a 45W USB-C PD port as part of an Anker PowerPort and also the 18W charger that came with my Pixel 5. Would I notice much of an improvement in charging speed or integrity/longevity of the battery by purchasing Samsung's 25W charger?

That's the charger I've been using w/ S21Ultra (25W from N10+) and I figured out I won't be needing anything bigger then that. Thanks to Samsung 'super fast charging' the 5Ah battery on s21U charges faster then 3.8mA Pixel 4a5G battery(with the same charger). +/- 1 hour and done!

Question What is fastest charger for S21 Ultra

Hello everyone, I want to know, what is the fastest charger for the S21 Ultra? And what is time to charge from 0% to 100%
Regards
Top charging capacity is 25W I believe. I use samsung's 25W charger and it works fine, I dont think anyone has dropped to zero, lowest I have gone is 25% and it's like 65 minutes

Car chargers are not known for providing great charging speeds, so the phone will most likely charge slower (as in REALLY SLOW). Unles you find a car charger with some power.
just do a search on Amazon 45w pps car charger or 25w pps car charger, you found plenty.
make sure it said that it supports PPS
I got this car charger, it did trigger "super fast charging" on my S20, I haven't tried it yet on the S21. But it claims to be PPS, so no reason to believe it won't work on the S21 as well.

Go with the stock Samsung 25w brick and cable.
Just got a set for $20.
The 45 watt will increase the likelihood of Li plating and not charge much faster.
Avoid cold charging!!!
Best start temp for charging is 85°F at start.
Fast charging will not engage and/or disengages somewhere below 60F or above 99F.
Best charging temp is 85-95F.

As far as I know, only the Samsung Fast Wireless Charger 2.0 will give you full 15W wireless charging.
Anything else (even if rated for 15W or above) will supply standard Qi wireless wattage of upto 10W (mostly 7.5 to 9 W)
Got an OMARS white brand 15W wireless charger and it only charges at the 10W level.

Use the type c to type c pd /pps charging .
U can use the samsung official 25w charger or a non branded one 25w and above and u can get good 15w or supported wireless charging with the supported wireless charger
Never mind
I tried with my huawei 15w wireless charger says its charging fast. I use with the 40w power supply of my huawei phone. Only proble is the pad its small and have to align precise because of the camera bump.
Pd. Its any way to know it is the phone is charging at 10w or 15w? Only says fast wireless charging.
My wireless charger has three different LED's for charging, yellow for 5W, green for 10W and blue for 15W, I'd guess if you have no other way to tell, you have to go by the time it takes for it to charge.

Looking for a wireless car charger

Hello! I'm looking for a wireless car charger for my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 ultra. My Baseus charger (on the screenshot) broke after only a year of usage.
It has 10w output and so when the navigation is on it only helps keep the charge.
Sometimes Xiaomi 20w car charger is recommended but according to reviews it still chargers Note 20 Ultra with 10 watts, 20w is only for Xiaomi charging protocols.
Can you advise me a charger that is compatible with and can charge the device with more than 10w?
Just look in Amazon, there's a lot of them that offer different watts for charging, not expensive either unless you go with name brand
I am looking for one as well. I have two scosche magicmount chargers that are fast charge. The 9v 1.67A or roughly 20 watts, but these will only charge the new note 20 ultra at 10w. From what I can tell they start off fast charging then the phone stops them and only allows the 10w. I took one of these apart along with a Samsung branded fast charger, the biggest difference I saw right away was the samsung charger had dual coils. So I think that may be the difference the phone recognizes because the voltage and amperage are the same.
I'd like to find one that has the same or similar magnetic mounting system. Its mostly a matter of convenience but also I have used clap ones before, not all were wireless chargers but the manual one often broke on me and the one automatic one I have has a touch button on the side that is very sensitive, so it often releases when I don't mean for it too.
@adj998 Yes there are plenty on Amazon, but unfortunately it seems Samsung has deemed this single coil wireless chargers as inadequate and disables fast charging on them.

How has this Xiaomi charger fared? And how fast does it charge the N20 Ultra? The one I have doesn't charge the N20, just keeps it at a constant level but the same charger does charge an S7 and a Note 9 much faster (so probably coming up against the Sammie 'lets annoy customers by making them buy only Sammie wireless chargers' issue!). I have tried moving the phone up/down a bit to see if that's the issue but no luck.
So, looking to get something that charges faster and will get this one if it does so. Anyone else have the Xiaomi charger and is happy with it?
I am still happy with it, it charges my s23 ultra fast, the screen says fast wireless charging so, it is still good.
